For me it is worth it. For example I plan to change my lego 501st officier helmets with the cac ones. I have a rp2 appo helmet but will buy a 2020 style as soon as it comes out. Also replacing the 212th helmets. Basically all helmets where I didnt put attachments which cover the hole helmet on. I mostly just want to replace them for mocs since I think it looks cleaner without the holes.
Helmets are always the tricky component for some reason. Doesnt help official sources are all over the place too. Like CW helmets are browless and unless it is part of their livery no cheek shadows. BF2/realistic helmets have that brow ridge line but not the gray shading in the cheeks. CAC helms also have a bit broad of a respirator component so they look a bit duck-beaked at the chin assembly, wide at the center and too strongly cut-in at the dome, which gives their helmets that incomplete look head-on. GCC's are pretty much overpainted LEGO materials so perhaps the closest to LEGO. KO branded blanks can range in size from near LEGO to slightly larger which can then be decaled. Basically, it comes down to budget. I'd say GCCs are most accurate and budget balanced but may not accept visor components from CAC depending on CAC's tolerances. CAC's are the least budget friendly but will work with more accurate accessories made by CAC or by others for CAC. KO is the most budget friendly but you accept less than stellar color and size consistancy, though admittedly decals do mask most of that. I guess our problem is basically, we are spoiled for choice and limited only by budget.
Only RP2 for me. Don't care for the forced "shadow" effect on the cheeks. Especially since I'm already so vested in that style AND none of the other helmet styles do any shadow effects. Now if they'll produce minifigs that fit in better with official Lego minifigs (front & back torso, front leg, outer arms) so I can do ALL my shopping and squad building with them. As is I just use them for the helmets and packs.
I've sent them a message years ago asking about this. They said they only print quality minifigs. I didn't have the heart to tell them their body prints look like they're trying too hard like aliexpress knockoffs and they don't even fit in a diorama very well cause they're too distracting. Currently shopping from Jonaktoys in the states for the bodies (CAC for the helmets and such). Unless you have another site in mind?
@koppolaholland9949 it's funny how they are aware they have competition now with the release of their 20p2 figured yet they still won't so 180 prints on figured like many people want
I honestly prefer their RP2 helmets instead of the 20P2 helmets. It's got better designs and have an more active variety of differetn characters and units.
they look a little odd but they’re very good for their visors
The 2020 CAC helmets definitely look good enough to get both them and the GCC helmets for my army.
I think that they should just stick to the RP2 helmets.
These are exactly what I was looking for. The CAC detail visor doesn’t fit on the new Lego P2 helmets, so this is perfect.
get the p1 visor, got one for my fox and it looks great
cac made new visors that fit on the normal lego helmets

From ? do you have the pad printing cody arms?
Great video 🎉
I think the cac helmet fits rex because of Rex’s modified helmet in universe

Cac could easily make better official style clones that gcc but they won't
Maybe. That would be interesting to see

I hate the visors, they keep popping off. Almost tempted to super glue them on. Why can’t CAC use official Lego helmets like GCC?
CAC helmets dont work with the proportions. Chin is too small with the 2020 style, otherwise the visor would be too squashed.
where on earth did you purchase those arms for the cody figure?
Kamino bricks

Thuggee do you still have ninjago?
These don’t look good
They look awful
Honestly i agree GCC looks better but the commander cody and captain rex looks great.
