- The Miami Hurricanes have just landed a verbal commitment from Class of 2025 quarterback Dereon Coleman! The star signal caller from Jones High School in Orlando has been trending to The U in recent weeks, and just made his pledge official on Wednesday night. Coleman is known for his live arm, quick release, and athleticism. Locking up a quarterback commitment early is important so that Coleman can now serve as a recruiting ambassador for others in the Class of 2025.
Host Alex Donno talks about Miami’s new commitment with Brad Tejeda from CanesInsight. The guys also discuss another big piece of news. Five star Miami Hurricanes cornerback target DJ Pickett has moved his announcement up to July 17th. Pickett, the top rated player in Florida, will choose between Miami, Oregon, LSU and Georgia.
