Onions 1 big chopped
Green chilies 1-2 chopped
Yogurt 1/2 cup
Oil as needed
Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
Keema masala 3 tbsp
Cumin seeds 2 tsp
Coriander seeds 2 tsp
Fennel seeds 1 tsp
Mustard seeds 1 tsp
Red whole chili 2-3
Green peas 1/2 cup
Cilantro for garnish
Kasuri meethi 2 tbsp
Garam masala 1 tsp

Paprika powder 2 tsp

Salt as needed
Corn flour 2 tbsp
Besan 2 tbsp
All purpose Flo 2 tbsp

Adrak ke chilke nikalne ki zarurat nhi padti agar aap usko 1 ghanta Pani me dip karke usko ache se dhole to 😊
Agar aap chilke nikal bhi de to adrak ko ache se dhone k bad hi chilke nikale aur un chilko ko dry karke Store karle tab chai me use karsakte h .Mai bhi aise hi karti hu 😅

Instead of vinegar and oil
U can add fresh lemon juice (1 big lemon) and 3-4 tbsp salt(if u made 1kg of ginger garlic paste) you can add this ratio to how much ever u made the paste, so that they will be good for up to 6 months also

well vinegar aur lemon juice aik doosray k alternate hain but oil is better to use instead of water ye mehfooz bhi rakhta hai aur taza bhi 👍🏻
