Hey! I filmed here in the summer of 2022 after all the windows were boarded. Nice to see the inside! The former owner’s son shared some history of the building and business on Twitter. He said it closed in 1994 and they moved to Oregon. Your video shows a clear view of the kitchen after it was emptied for the fish plant to use as a dining spot. Cool!
Thanks for the feed back so nice to hear from people about the place. Was a trip to live there 2 years. And even to return when the island was empty that was ever more crazy. Also what owner do you mean.

@MitchellBrown-su9dc wow that's crazy. Yeah the winds are nuts hated that. Couldn't do anything outside without winds crushing you. And I worked at that McDonald's my 12 grade yr. I also graduated there 1991 and still have my Bob Reeve high school diploma. Met so many cool people there and graduated with 12 kids.
We went back there about 4 years ago when I filmed this and couldn't belive they left everything but it sound cost to much to ship home and was surprised they took that entire car dumpsite away.
I ate there for 6 years. 88-94 I remember the first year or two with no drive thru. That's also where I was when they introduced the Super Size option!
Wow thats amazing you remember that. That is my first job as a senior in Bob reeve high in 1990-1991. What a bunch of awsome people I met there that I will most likely never see again. But atleast I was able to experiance that.
