I'm sure it would be very helpful especially once Covid restrictions have been lifted and Canadian citizens feel more comfortable traveling to Florida. Also, YES! You are correct, there is a ton of interest in South Florida real estate from the Canadian community, in my particular area, it's mainly Canadian citizens from Quebec, however I'm sure interest is strong among all Canadian Provinces.
