What about Experimental Anthrax shots identified with Squalene? A non-FDA approved shot once Squalene was added.
That's not currently a presumptive condition but you can still file a claim if it caused a condition or disability.
Justin, It is not too late for you to become a member of the veteran community; just join the guard or reserve!
Nope I filed for two presumptive conditions both denied VA just acknowledged I was in theater but my issues we’re not related to my service HUGE waste of time/money going to C&P exams in locations miles away from my home address!

Husband has 2 conditions, now presumptive for PACT Act, noted on initial disability - one was denied and one was connected at 0%. Does he file supplemental claims for both? And does he need to provide medical records for both?

My husband had C&P exam about a week ago. Received of copy of the report. He was deployed Kuwait and other places during Desert Storm and Shield. The examiner stated his melanoma is at least not likely related to service. Riduculas!!!!

I was in the Persian Gulf in Desert Storm and I received the vaccines. Since then I’ve been living with Chronic Fatigue which is a presumptive. I was denied my first claim years ago and I want to pursue it again. My doctor has diagnosed me with CFS and he currently treats me for it. Since it’s presumptive shouldn’t I get approved?
CFS is a Gulf War presumptive condition, did you file your original claim before it was a presumptive condition?
I think you have until the end of September to file.
I am Retired since 2000 with 0 Disability and recently was diagnosed with B cell Non Hodgkin Lymphoma last month, the doctor notes stated that I cannot work for 6 months. I work for the USPS and cannot lift boxes due to a med port placed in my chest for chemo treatment. Served in Saudi Arabia at Dhahran Air Base from April 97 to April 98. Scheduled for PACT VA claim next week but have not been screened for the TES. How is the process? How long would it take for the VA to process this type of claim. What else can I do?

I would NOT count on any "Veteran Service Organization". To help. The VSO maliciously misrepresent Veterans.

Is there a time limit to file? I was in Afghanistan from Feb 2006 to Feb 2007; I have been diagnosed with Asthma two years ago.
There's no cutoff date for when you can file a VA disability claim! but keep in mind that your backpay will be calculated based on when you first filed your claim, not when you first started experiencing Asthma
@@VAClaimsInsider Thanks! I was told if the diagnosis was after 10 years I can't file.
There are some cutoff dates for diagnoses if you're looking to file a claim for a presumptive condition but other than than, you can file a claim whenever 😁
@@441RLWno time limit. I started 26 years after I was out and am presently at 80pct. Just filed some conditions for the pact act from the Gulf War. I just started filling a year ago.
I served on a Ship moving Ammo from Bahrain to Northern Saudi prior to the Aug 2. Would I still qualify for some of the presumptive conditions.

what is the best way to get a medical diagnosis for some of the gulf war syndrome presumptives that can then be used to file claims, or can I file a claim without a drs. diagnosis?
You need a diagnosis to file a claim and any doctor can diagnose a condition for you

I already have 100 thanks to VACI, but I have other injuries/illnesses that fall under Presumptive that just came out. Should I still apply for this?
If they're presumptive, we'd say yes! You may also be eligible for a special monthly compensation (SMC).

@@VAClaimsInsider thank you. When I go back to you guys or should I do it on my own?
As much as we'd love to have you back, presumptive claims are relatively quick and easy, so we'd recommend filing for them on your own!
