It's not even hard to believe if it wasn't a joke. The graphics are really great, it's realistically filmed and if this person is currently not a teenager or a tween, he might not know about GTA 5.
It's the wind near the beach that I like the most. It's peaceful even though it sounds like a fuckin hurricane
The atmosphere, puddle reflections, the distant thunder and the whittling winds in the background. Amazingly detailed game and very realistic thunderstorm effects, even enhanced on the PS5 and Xbox Series X|S versions too thanks to Haptic Feedback. This game will never die.
Imagine if they added this to online maps I would prolly be playing gta all day this shi chill

I also want to hear the rain and thunder when you are inside the safe house and see if the lightning will flicker while your inside and reflect of the walls

This video was uploaded in 2018. For Dutch (The Netherlands, not Germany) standards, the Summer that year was really hot. I was playing GTA V with in-game rain. That was so soothing!

I really with there was GTA 5 mod that was compatible with both PC and PS4 where i could make the lightning flicker like crazy like in the intro scene of the movie twister, samething with an actual hurricane mod and lightning

So, basically, we have a much more realistic thunderstorm in a GTA game where NPCs don't use umbrellas when it's raining. Another GTA IV feature thrown out for nothing.
I think it was supposed to be like that.
It rarely rains in LA, maybe they were trying to say most people in LA don't have umbrellas?
I hope there will be natural calamities in the next GTA.

Nice video, so what other PS4 games besides Gta can you manipulate the weather? It rains in fallout and in Infamous but you cant make it rain like in gta

On fallout 4 , there is mod for Pc and Xbox of course , The mod is called True Storms , you can actually controll the weather.
There is Storms , just rain or Rad Storm and a lot more , go check on YT : True Storms 1.4

well I'd rather walk through here on a day or night which is storming like this because
the people who live in this area are afraid of rain, thunder and lightning so they want
be out and terrorizing you in weather such as this and the only thing you have to worry
about is getting pneumonia from the rain or getting struck by lightning or going deaf
from the loud thunder but no thugs on the street though so you don't have to worry about
them so have a good walk in the rain and g'day or g'night y'all.

no mods it's vanilla he is just using ingame director mode to set/lock weather and delete pedestrians
