    Question:
    #6: "Out the door" also commonly used.
    #18: Answer A implies a much longer walk/hike than answer B.
    In the context of "after dinner," answer B seems more likely.
    #19: I believe you meant answer A.
    # Per the OED, " 'on behalf of' is used when speaking or acting as a
    representative for someone else. 'In behalf of' is used when
    doing something for someone's benefit, even if you aren't
    directly representing them."
    Example given: "I am writing on behalf of my team."
    So I would say answer C might be more appropriate here.
