Gracias profe , quiero contarle q nunca avía meditado y hoy quise hacerlo , pero no pude xq cuando sentre mi mirada en un punto fijo era un resplandor pero de pronto se tapo con una nube color violeta y luego gris y ya no pude ver nada y compense a llorar 😭, no se porque talves ahun no estoy preparada o no se ...me gustaría q me explicará si puede gracias y bendiciones se le ama 😘
