- We rested at the Arthurs Village & Spa hotel on May 14-16, 2021.
I chose the hotel on the recommendation of a colleague, booked almost 2 months in advance.
When booking, you had to pay 50% of the cost, the rest of the amount upon check-in. This condition suited me. By the way, I chose from several hotels, and many hotels asked to pay the full amount, which is not very convenient. Also, in case of "force majeure", it was possible to cancel the reservation of the Arthurs Village & Spa hotel 72 hours (3 days before arrival) without losing funds. Not all hotels have such conditions, in some you may simply lose the amount already paid.
We had a late check-in, about 22 pm, although the hour of arrival is from 17 pm.
The bed for the children was already dismantled, but for some reason it lacked one pillow. We immediately called the reception and after 10 minutes they brought us both a pillow and a spare blanket. I was very pleased with this service. The spare bed did not seem to inspire confidence (you can watch the video), but I personally lay on it myself - the design is reliable. There was enough space for two children.
We lived in the Spa area, so we included access to the pool and sauna area, breakfast and lunch, but not dinner. It was even a plus for us, because I had my birthday and I wanted to celebrate it in some cozy cafe. Therefore, these conditions did not embarrass us, on any other day we would most likely choose a hotel with an included dinner. By the way, there were enough birthday people in the hotel, here and there we heard words of congratulations.
A nice bonus was a compliment from the hotel and a discount on visits to any bar on the territory of the hotel.
I liked the food very much! Tasty, really, homemade food! The soup is delicious, pilaf - mmmm, real! Several types of salads and cold appetizers, all fresh, replenished immediately! Several types of side dishes, 3 types of soups for lunch, meat and fish dishes. Delicious pastries! Drinks - coffee, hot chocolate from vending machines, cold fruit drinks, even ice was on the table. You will definitely not stay hungry!
The restaurant is pleasantly located, there were enough tables for everyone. The waiters work well, they clean everything quickly and change the tablecloths. Very nice. For the first time it even seemed to me that I was in Turkey))))
The territory of the hotel. In principle, not very large, but the hotel has a "trick" - the Village area. Who wrote in the reviews there is nothing to do with the children? You can walk into this territory, so the walk with the children took us 1.5-2 hours.
Moreover, there is a mini zoo on the territory of the village. It's not big, but we hung out there. Children with pleasure tore dandelions and fed them to rabbits and roe deer, bread - chickens, donkey and guinea fowls.
By the way, the hotel has more than just an ambulance kit. The hotel has a doctor who will come to you if you call. Is free! We called for our daughter, the doctor examined and gave us an ointment. Upon departure, we handed it over to the reception. Trifle? No, it's about taking care of your customers! It is very pleasant that the hotel has a doctor! Thank you!
The area of the Village has a pond with fish, there are a lot of them. It was nice to walk there both in the afternoon and in the evening before going to bed. And how beautifully the birds and the nightingale sang! Just super! The only thing, and this is a fat minus, is the noise from the highway. You can hear it very well, if it bothers you - I do not advise you to choose this zone when booking a hotel.
Back to the Spa area!
The Spa also has a pond where you can fish. The place is very beautiful, it is nice to sit there, walk and you can even rent a gazebo (albeit for a fee):
And, of course, the pool became the cherry on top. You can visit 1 time per day, session 2 hours. We gladly visited both Saturday and Sunday! Perfect place!!! Unfortunately, there are no photos from this area, in our video there are many moments from there! We really enjoyed!!!
I'll write more about the grill bar! I read in reviews that this is the coolest bar in this hotel! We also liked it very much, especially the view from the terrace! Delight!
In warm weather, you can even sit on the terrace itself, great!
The food is delicious! My daughter ordered a burger - delicious! My husband and I took steaks, also very tasty! The check for 4 was about 6 thousand rubles. Yes, not cheap, but we do a discount for your birthday! By the way, we got a 10% discount, thank you!
I completely forgot to tell you about children's animation. Yes, she is there, but not all day and all the time, but at certain hours. We only managed to get to the evening disco. By the way, it was fun, I liked it even more than in the same Turkey.
By the way, there is a room for children. We went there with the children, looked after them. The kids loved it!

Вот у меня нет телеграмм , но в ролике мы цен не услышали и вы не написали стоимость. Обзоры интересные отели тоже разные это супер но хотелось бы слышать цены чтоб сориентироваться куда поехать т.к мы семья со средним доходами.
Вы знаете, цены так быстро растут, что они совсем не актуальны будут уже через полгода. В Артурс мы ездили тыс за 30, сейчас он стоит гораздо дороже 🤷🏻♀️ А еще нужно смотреть и ловить скидки, бронировать заранее, чтобы были более доступные номера в наличии и опять же будет скидка за ранее бронирование. Так же на День Рождения многие отели дают скидки и комплимент. Так что, что касается отелей, тут нужно держать руку на пульсе и отслеживать цены и скидки.
Есть ли здесь возможность загорать на улице? Или например, выход на улицу из зоны с бассейном?
Добрый вечер, да, есть выход на 2 этаже (где находятся тренажёры), в летний период там должны шезлонги поставить. На видео посмотрите, мы в купальниках на этой террасе как раз и ходим 😉

Подскажите, бассейн и зона спа входит в стоимость? И сколько по времени там можно проводить?
Все зависит от тура, какой вы приобретёте. Весной было, если вы размещаетесь в зоне Виладж, то у вас Спа и бассейн не входили в стоимость, но зато питание было 3 раза в день. А размещение на основной территории - завтрак и обед + 2 часа в сутки в спа и бассейне. Мы выбрали второй вариант. Нам на 4х обошлось около 25 тыс - 2 суток.
