I remembered in one video ( I forgot which but I think its from cooheart's channel ) where P'Boun said that in his past projects, he was cheated and often wouldn't be paid enough in his projects. He was in the verge of giving up his acting career and when he became a part of UWMA, P'New treated them well not just in a way that he was paid enough but also in a way that he wasn't just an actor under P'New to be managed. His speech was truly sincere and tearing up was something that couldn't be avoided after all that he'd been through.
