12 years on and still the greatest live performance of all time. Keep your guitar rifts, jerky dance moves. This was pure class. She's not tied on 50 ft up there and while nailing every note performs upto 5/6 Ariel routines infront of her peers holding a big ass mic! Balls of absolute steel!

He has autism and sees things before people. An outsider could laugh about his comment but I know he was completely enjoying watching this and he was relaxing…that was such a beautiful moment for me as his mom.

@@kellyhoward6941 thank you 🙏 unfortunately many people don’t respond like you. People stare when a (now) seven year old talks like that. At first that hurts like hell, but I’ve learned not giving a crap. Even better… I go with his flow. So if he talking to me about his train, the shoppingcart is going to a carwash or when he is repeating the same sentence (over and over)…I talk with him about it. In that way I have connection with my son; I am placing myself in his world and the result is a brief moment with intense eye-contact, laughter and sometimes out of the blue a big hug.
All of that in a supermarket. In that way other people can experience that we are just like every other mother and son and having the best time with each other. And my son feels loved by his mom.
Is it tiring? Yes.
Do I sometimes wish that it would be easier? Yes.
Do I wish that he would be different than he is now? No. He is the most gentle, kind, funny and handsome child in the world. ❤️
The fact that she can be hanging from a cloth and still keep her voice steady and strong is amazing. More amazing performances like these are what we need nowadays in Grammys.
I'm a metal head from the 80's. And I'm not the biggest Pink fan. But having said that, this performance brings tears to my eyes every time! Simply beautiful and emotionally moving!

“Have you ever looked fear in the face and said ‘I just don’t care?’” The beauty of those words stop me in tracks every single time.
Leading up to this night, several artists had claimed it was impossible to perform and sing live, that they could do one or the other, and that's how they appeared on the show. Then this happened.
Talk about an effective way to shut 'em up!!

She has said she takes audible breaths in her mic so people know it’s live. She’s amazing.
She stated that one of her strongest inspiration was Madonna, wich, back in the day, was the first singer that specifically hired trainers in order to sing AND perform complex dancing on stage. We go back in the mid-late 80's. Seeing P!nk taking inspiration from that and carving a completely different path is heartwarming and is the strongest example ofthe difference between " inspiration" and "copy" ( like too many "artists" have been doing in the last 2 decades).

I can! This performance changed my life. I began aerial arts years later and it's the best thing I've ever done for myself. I will never be great at it, I'm barely even okay at it. It's so hard and I'm not even singing, but it's beautiful, powerful and expressive.

Absolutely breathtaking performance. I was lucky enough to see her do this in person, not at the Grammy but at one if her other performances. I won't lie I was so scared watching her up there and when she came out of the water, that was a totally unbelievable moment...beautiful 💗

She's an unbelievable talent. We should all be thankful she knew what kind of artist she wanted to be and made a stand for it early on. I never considered that I'd just bought the first CD from one of the all time great performers of my lifetime. I'm not scared to put her in the top 3. I'm proud to be attending Pink's concert, I've followed this woman's career since i was 12 yrs old. At 30, I am still mesmerized by her. This was by far one of the best grammy performances.
our concert in DFW concert was postponed until Nov…. I’m going with my daughter and 10yr granddaughter… my daughter and I saw Pink a few years ago and out of all the many of concerts of all types I’ve been to Pink by far puts on the most amazing and beautiful performances. P!nk's incredible ability to capture the attention of everyone in the audience while performing a ballad song doing her thing is enough to express how FANTASTIC this performance is. From the main stage to the extending stage and up to the ceiling, they are all turning to see her. I love the admiring looks on everyone's faces as they focus on her.
I watch this several times a year. It’s just so beautiful. Even my 20 something kids are mesmerized by it. Whoever choreographed this is top notch. Kudos to Pink for her talent and balls of steel. Virgo girls are the best at everything.

Absolutely phenomenal performance. Her vocals were on point. She showcased amazing athleticism and she was sexy without being trashy. So well executed and she still does arial performances til this day. That said, it’s kind of concerning that there doesn’t seem to be any safety measures?

Old Granny here. This is one of the best Grammy performances I have ever watched. It comes up over and over again in my UA-cam feed and I happily watch it again each time. When she sprayed everyone below her with water that was the perfect finishing touch.

It’s kind of incredible the emotions that I felt watching this… sometimes you forget about a singers power, the power of lighting, colors, simplicity, and the element of danger, the angles, the shots, …her tone, the spinning, the control…. It’s incredible what this performance does for the person watching it…. Artistry at its finest…very detailed. It’s like your favorite scene lasting 10 seconds longer and you’re able to revel in it… and the lyrics tell their own story… it’s all very, very impressive. Im here 12 years later on a blip of a memory--I liked that performance…. Glad I’ve revisited it :) Pink is an incredible talent.

I remember the first time I watched this live (at home), I was just loving the fact that Pink was performing, but when she was in the air, my mouth was fell open. I was in shock and in disbelief. This was a magical performance. I loved it then, I love it now, and I'll still love it 50 years from today.
