His three consecutive tackles at about 3:12 are just phenomenal
Watching this video is a great way of naturally increasing your testosterone
Some of the best tackling I've seen in the sport tbh
That Guy yeah all tackles are textbook stuff. Incredible from him.
Nearly as phenonmenal as his EGO.
His positioning is something else.
even as his pace has gone, it's literally like having another player covering the backline. We don't have another player with his positioning skills
Irish supporter: he’s been incredibly consistent but in the last few years he’s been lacking that dynamism that he used to have (comes with age I suppose), but we can’t exactly rely on Jordan Larmour at this stage either!
*Andrew Conway has entered the chat*
@@tipperary1082 will addison is in the mix too
@@dairebeare7839 True. He needs to avoid injury for an extended period though as he hasn't been able to get a good run of games in.
Larmour? Living off one game/try. Absolutely no use under the high ball like Karney
Thanks Andrew. A fitting tribute to Ireland's most decorated rugby player. So gutted that he probably won't get that 5th European medal due to lock down and his age. A giant for club and country.
@WRU286 Nope. It's Kearney. BOD had retired long before 2018 Grand Slam - Rob was still motoring. Same applies for European Championships.
@@darraghtormey1500 the only things where Bod lies ahead are more tries & caps for Ireland & Lions (4 tours compared to Kearney's 2)
yh, and triple crowns as well (4 to 2)
For all the stick he has got in recent years, find me a better CV among a NH player:
4 Six Nations titles (two Grand Slams)
4 European Cup titles
1 Challenge Cup
5 Pro14/Pro12/Celtic League
2 Lions Tours (3 test caps)
1 European Player of the Year (2012)
98 test caps (so far...)
Great vid Andrew, his drop goal in Clermont in 2012 deserves to be there too!
He had an underated fend too
I think he was under rated imo
Really? he made it onto the national team multiple times so I wouldn't say that's the case, well at least not here in Ireland.
He's not underrated come on man multiple Lions test starts
I know he wasn’t in ireland but I think In the eyes of the other countries he want that good that’s just my opinion idk
Didn't he win erc player of the year in 2011 or 12 or something
@@ThatGuy-ky2yf he has 90+ caps for Ireland. Bit more than multiple..
The somehow not yet 40 rob kearney
Next irish, must be Henshaw!!
Serious man under a high ball
He's honestly on the same tier as the likes of Liam Williams when it comes to High ball
The perfect fb for Test Rugby: unmatched aerial skills, powerful big left boot, good defensive positioning, decent pace and running lines.
Ireland is still working to find his substitute.
As he plays his last game of top flight Rugby this weekend for the Barbarians, it's nice to see such a great player for Ireland, Leinster and the Lions going out on his terms. Top man Rob.
A skyhook that could steal blue out of the sky
One of the very best to do it
2:49 What a tackle from Marmion... brilliant player
Yay I requested this :)!
Nice video
Great video
Hi Andrew please can you give me a few tips on how to make these videos because they are so good. Thanks
BRILLIANT PLAY!!
Really nice vedio andrew i really love it.please di a willie le roux tribute
He’s so underrated
Is he though ?
YAY!!
Do a jordan larmour tribute please
Finished up on 97 or 98 caps if I remember correctly.
Still could have a few more to go!
@@AndrewDavidForde Nah
The brown bull of Cooley
similar to halfpenny in a lot of ways, great positional play, great in the air, v reliable
Michael Harrison but a lot better
Can you Do a Lee Byrne Tribute next Please 👍🏼🏴
Hey man could you do a Victor Matfield tribute
Do Israel Dagg next
Peter O' Mahony plz
Never be another like him threw himself at everything
Should have included some of his monster drop goal attempts...
Please! Please! Make video about Russia team🙏🙏🙏
Beating Halfpenny in the air is not easily done.
Still don`t know why Ireland never gets past a quater final in a rwc with these kind of players
Do a handre pollard tribute
kearney offside at 2:13
Now he at western forces
HE MAY SCORE
I GIVE HIM PERMISSION TO SCORE
helo
I am. A fan TRY
I don`t understand over the years Ireland had so many great, excellent players but could not have passes a quater final in a rwc
I personally think it is coaching maybe because they have all the great players
If Rassie was Ireland`s coach 2019 they would have won the rwc
It's weird Joe Schmidt helped the team beat the All Blacks in 2018 but completely lost that energy in 2019 with a lot of players looking like they were under pressure rather than on form during the last RWC (the Japan and New Zealand games in particular)
@@ThatGuy-ky2yf It can be that
But I am not only talking about rwc 2019 I am talking about the years before that Ireland always have the players they can be the best I believe and on the moment they also have great players they need to make something of it🔥🇮🇪
@@george941 We probably need a coach on the same tier as Gatland and a defense coach on the same tier France's current one. Those two lads helped Wales win the Grand slam last year and nearly beat south Africa in what was one of the best games of the 2019 RWC.
@@ThatGuy-ky2yf Ireland need coaches like that
Yeaa Wales nearly beated us last year with all their injuries
Rwc is played in early autumn when Irish players still have not reached the required fitness level. In addition to a lackness of personality, the IRFU keeps in cotton wool their internationals during Pro14 games giving them limited gametime, and as consequence the Irish lads are not ready to play many games in a few weeks.
