- The Banshee Cup is a Heroes of the Storm tournament with $2500 prizemoney! It is sponsored by psykiv/Kevin and named after his favorite hero Sylvanas, the Banshee Queen! 😁 The teams for Season 2 were decided through a captain's draft. Player signed up individually (not as part of a team) and after the registration closed, the players voted on 8 captains. These captains then proceeded to draft their teams from the pool of signed up players.
The first phase of the tournament is a full round-robin, where over the course of 7 Playdays the teams face off against each other to determine the seeding for the next phase of the event. Season 1 of the Banshee Cup introduced the bounty concept and with this season we're further developing the concept. The prize-pool is split into two parts: $1500 that will be shared amonst the Top 3 teams and $1000 that are set aside for a bounty pool. Teams can complete bounties and at the end of the tournament the $1000 will be shared accordingly between the teams, depending on the amount of bounties they completed over the course of the tournament.

I'd say KommanderRex is currently the best Valla player in the HotS scene. His play is very impressive!
i didn't know KommanderRex before last few matches that you casted recently, but I'm impressed, that Valla play was very good (as well as team giving Valla incredible support), it was really a huge pleasure to see how they play Valla (and with her). Also, is this the same Mopsio that was in HGC, right? If he is, I wonder why he wasn't chosen as a captain (there has to be a reason and I'm sure you said it in one of the videos, but sorry, I'm a bit out of touch with post-december-2018 hots in general, although lately i've been watching more again).

58:15 wait... Yrel actually died mainly because she got stunned by a Deckard autoattack, wasn't even a Leo's tomb. Old man with a stick really won them the game... Imagine being one of the hardest heroes to kill and dying because old man hit you with his stick 😂 and that leads you to a win. I love that talent for Deckard. It's always funny when that stun leads to a kill. Killed by a grandaddy
