Good work.one suggestions,you can use a 4inch plastic module for your enclosure,and for graphics (for outer look you can use bike wrapping tape which is easily available.this one is also very good.

But here some improvement can be made
Like when you are using lithium ion battery then you should use a battery protection circuit.
You don't need to series the two batteries and get 5 volt using the 7805 here the losses are increased.
You simply buy just a power bank module, it can charge your battery as well as give a output of stable 5 volt. And it also protect your battery from over charge or over discharge.
Now only the power bank charging circuits are available in local store.
