JODO - The Way of the Staff offered at Castle Rock AIKIDO

Castle Rock AIKIDO has been offering JODO, the Way of the Staff, for over 5 years now. JODO is a rare, esoteric martial art highly complementary to AIKIDO and IAIDO (KATANA). JODO is the KATA-based, paired art of defending yourself with a walking stick against a superior weapon such as a sword. JODO can be practiced by anyone, but is perhaps ideal for the agin athlete that can't fall or roll anymore due to knee or back injuries. New students are welcome. Come try a class with us for FREE.
Castle Rock AIKIDO recently hosted a JODO training and testing seminar. Five 5th degree black belts in JODO were flown in to oversee the seminar and test.
