This has in fact happened to me as well. I found out that my sister was messing around with my ex in oct 2019, and got my sister pregnant. I found out when i went through her phone and saw a tape of them together, i was on,y 16 at this time. She was 19 he was 17. I was crushed. I still haven’t fully recovered from it yet, but it still hurts me, we were so close. I haven’t had contact with her since, or even met the baby yet. It’s too traumatic. I am considered the oldest in the family now because my family does not talk to her either.
This is terrible, I’m so sorry. My cousin did this to me and I don’t think I ever recovered but fortunately there was no pregnancy and as I say she was my cousin not sister. She was just my best friend, we were the same age and I shared everything with her, including how besotted I was with my first boyfriend.
