i LOVED this movie as a kid. Still do, watch it almost every halloween The eyes always seemed like a way to signify the non-believers of halloween from the believers of halloween (believing in real monsters that is) I always wanted that cardboard SUV costume just because he had a compartment made of a tissue box to hold in his snacks. Felt genius to 8 year old me I never knew about all the wiki stuff. Interesting to know that people know of the show SO MUCH that they did all that 😂 Also the artstyle of the show DEFINITELY has merit. Like you said. It was on TV during a time when nothing else was doing CGI. It was a nice change of pace and it had that perfect cartoony CGI balance Loved it then and i still love it now. Great video :)
I love Jill Thompson! I got to meet her at a comic book convention and I gave her a drawing I did of the Scary Godmother characters. She was so incredibly kind, she hugged me, she signed a bunch of my books, and even drew me a picture of Death in my copy of Death: At Death's Door. She will always be my favorite. ❤
That’s so cool! I’ve read a lot of interviews of hers and she seems like such a nice and genuine person. She’s done so much art on so many different things, like even doing wrestling costume design. I have a ton of respect for comic artists, it’s definitely one of the most strenuous art jobs out there, so I’d really like to read Death to see what she did in the manga style
I adored this movie growing up. Scary Godmother loosely resembles my own aunt (except shes not a redhead) and looking back Hannah even resembles my cousin as a kid too. I have really good memories od watching this every year for Halloween ^^

Jimmy, Bert, Daryl, and Katie are the OG FNAF 4 bullies with Jimmy being the OG Foxybro, Hannah is the OG Crying Child with the Scary Godmother being the OG psychic Fredbear plush.
He doesn’t actually have a last name, there’s just an elaborate fake Wikipedia for the show where they made a lot of the scary godmother cast into anime characters with deep backstories, so they gave Jimmy the last name Brando for whatever reason lol
