Hi Max mate, the golden mask acts like all machines, very hard to hit a coin on edge especially when going long ways, but if you go a fraction off long ways, it will hit it better, I done a similar vid a month or two back... but when it comes down to the knitty gritty, its about depth, separation, vdi info, and digging everything you are unsure of...lol take care mate GL & HH Tom
Very true Tom, the more machines I have used, the more they all act the same. So good depth, good separation, and an intuitive screen are important. The GM5+SE ticks all these boxes with wireless phones for 500 quid. And it's nice to swing. A nice package. Now if it would just rain I could go out and find some stuff with it, Lol. ATB MMMD
Hi Lenny. I have never used the AT Pro or Max so it would be unfair to try an make comparisons. Nevertheless I can only assume that having two frequencies in the 5+SE should have advantages. The Gain and power box settings give you a lot of depth on the 5+SE, I was very impressed with it. ATB MMMD

Hello, I have never seen this video. I own a GM (5+), your test in the ground, is unfortunately not good at all in "MONO", you do not respect the position of the cable at the exit of the coil, one of the most important. On the other hand, the setting of the GB is the most important thing also in the search. I did not look better because we do not see enough settings that you put in place. You will be able to watch on my channel the 4 videos named: VIDEO N ° 1 to N ° 5, this shows the device with the settings correctly made at the minimum and maximum of the machine, knowing that the SE is much better than mine the 5+
