I remember I experiencing these 40 seconds whilst meditating on a mountaintop in Niagara Eliya region of Sri Lanka. I saw my mistakes and times wear I could’ve been nicer to other people. I cried my heart out for ours on that peak

How you overcome those guilt of being bad to your own dad who is dying? What type of ritual or prayers or mantra to perform to see my dad and ask for forgiveness and what type of karma will we go thru if we had hurt that dying person in crucial situation or condition?
40 seconds could be 40 million years in our experience , time is relative . Shiva's 40 seconds cannot be equated with our time .

I have experienced the last 40 seconds in 2016 I've seen my children life in that 40 seconds after that i felt peace and love and i didn't want to come back but there was someone there a angel i don't know but he convinced me to go back I wanted to stay. Fighting to stay alive it was the hardest thing I've ever done but that person said no it's not your time then I heard my wife crying my name then I came back fast it's a miracle I'm alive I cut my wrist with a saw on a Sunday just me and wife went to do a favor by fixing a door on a home I'm a 26yr carpenter and this was a freak accident and no help 911 couldn't even help but its was the best day of my life a second chance I'm grateful every day and love every living thing on this planet god bless thank you for reading this 🙏

Have always thought I am ready to accept death. But hearing this and some other videos of Sadhguru am actually getting goosebumps and have realised i have a lot to do before that date with death. It is scary though...

Yes. Even what's happened in 1 year in10 years back, it's happening in 1 or 2 month today. It's getting faster.
No doubt fire in any form whether a lamp or an inferno is always captivating and holds one spellbound for as long as one wants to be.
Time is relative. When you take a psychedelic, like DMT or Ayahuasca. And you experience a bad "trip": Where you get stuck in an hellish infinite loop. For the outside observer, the trip may have only lasted a few minutes, but to you the experiencer it may seems like hours or days or never ending.
Time is relative and it has always been mentioned in Indian scriptures. How 100 years of Lord Brahma is million years in earth? How a universe dissolves? I have done shrooms,lsd and dmt multiple times. The experience is amazing but they will never give you the answer you are looking for which is to break the circle of life and death. In a nutshell, drugs lead to just mental speculation.
more important than experiencing the last 40 seconds is experiencing that you and your surroundings are the same thing. All of us can do that at any time. But we all enjoy the rollercoaster in our own way, I guess

In the back of an ambulance after near death...there was a reflection in the back window of the ambulance. Eyes like fire, it looked like that..very intense very scary. Then it closed its eyes and when I looked again, it was gone. I will never forget that face.

I have had a NDE ! It was unique because I induced it , I must have Mastered it as a Past-Life Shaman ,Monk , sifu ? But I somehow knew what I was doing! I controlled my breath and very slowed it down very slowly intill I stopped breathing , then all at once pop I was at a 90* angle phi next to the ceiling looking down at my body! I got so excited 😆 that I had done it ! Then I looked at myself, I was not any of the 6-7 subtle body's that are described in esoteric writings, nope I was the SUN/Son , I was a ball of plasma,I could see with no eyes,I could hear with no ears, and I could think as my self ! The environment around me was of neon white/blue electric energy holding reality together. I was about ready to leave the building when a person walked into the room I was in and SLAMED the door when entering, it caused my heart to start pumping again ,and I instantly returned to my body! I was 14 years old , with no preconceived ideas , drugs, or knowledge, I was just a sad kid on the streets looking for a way out ! I'd say that in order to to that it takes intense emotional desire and major discipline and focus of breath! Years to develop the ability, I think I was only able to do it because of my past life Mastership. I can not repeat it as I grew up and stoped wanting to die so I lived a life of an contemporary American lol ! I don't believe that Karma will follow you if you know how to navigate your self condemnation, if you are a loving good SOUL then there should not be any Karma on any good or bad because you hold no judgement nor expectations of how other people are doing their paths. In my family my papa is a meditative person , and i am seeking for ultimate truth about life.
Its true ... There are lot of people who have been near death situations they explained that their whole life form childhood fast forward in mind. Even in some Hollywood films it showed.
