I remember I experiencing these 40 seconds whilst meditating on a mountaintop in Niagara Eliya region of Sri Lanka. I saw my mistakes and times wear I could’ve been nicer to other people. I cried my heart out for ours on that peak

How you overcome those guilt of being bad to your own dad who is dying? What type of ritual or prayers or mantra to perform to see my dad and ask for forgiveness and what type of karma will we go thru if we had hurt that dying person in crucial situation or condition?
I have experienced the last 40 seconds in 2016 I've seen my children life in that 40 seconds after that i felt peace and love and i didn't want to come back but there was someone there a angel i don't know but he convinced me to go back I wanted to stay. Fighting to stay alive it was the hardest thing I've ever done but that person said no it's not your time then I heard my wife crying my name then I came back fast it's a miracle I'm alive I cut my wrist with a saw on a Sunday just me and wife went to do a favor by fixing a door on a home I'm a 26yr carpenter and this was a freak accident and no help 911 couldn't even help but its was the best day of my life a second chance I'm grateful every day and love every living thing on this planet god bless thank you for reading this 🙏

Have always thought I am ready to accept death. But hearing this and some other videos of Sadhguru am actually getting goosebumps and have realised i have a lot to do before that date with death. It is scary though...
I get confused to love Shiva or to fear him .
But whatever may be the confusion am always in awe when I listen about Shiva .
Shiva is that which is not. When it takes form your body my body other bodies gross and subtle are made. Your body my body the dark one are all different forms of Shiva.

I'm very surprised that he doesn't believe in a heaven, he has still a lot to learn. For there are millions and millions of near death experience worldwide that have reported visiting heaven, maybe he won't go to heaven for he doesn't believe in God or heaven and he will keep coming back until he realizes there is God and it's not him

once i was meditating nd i saw shiva in the ultimate form i cant forget that experience this body shiva never considered this body as a thing to give respect.second day i was in huge pain 7 ecg nd blood test were done the they were suprised by the pain which i had.today now i can feel that.the divine is very powerful better prepare urself to experience that. divine shambo shiva shambu.nd one thing more outside is nothing this mortal can only see mortal things but one inside which is eternal can see the other aspect of divine. shiva is great the love of mother for her child is a blessing of shiva. love every being nd forgive everyone. u can also seek some time on this earth if u wish to do something good.
I can really relate to that post.I had near death experience/feeling 2times and suddenly I started remembering my past. After a few second I stopped seeing a little of my past I became okay.
