Lots of false info here. It's never been said his phone was off. Could've been out of service. Never said he was alone. Geo tagging info is more accurate than phone pings. Also these were young adults, not children.

The trial has not taken place, so it’s inappropriate for an attorney, who is supposed to believe in innocence until proven guilty, to give his opinion that Kohberger is guilty.

Have you not been following this case? He hasn't changed his alibi, he said this from the very beginning. 🤦🏻♀️ They already mentioned this. We didn't find out because it was all under wraps but this is nothing new.
The risk of tainting jurors has no value, so now Defense can complain forever and ever about unfair trial: "Because we intentionally prejudiced them. We KNOW! We phrased the questions TO influence them against us-!!"

It will be fascinating to find out what was on the 3 computer hard drives they seized from Kohbergers Pullman,Washinton apartments. An astronomical 51 terabytes of digital evidence was handed over to the defense and you just know there is damning evidence from the computers seized. The FBI Denver Bureau who were brought in to avoid conflict of interest were extremely smart to talk local and State law enforcement into letting Kohberger think he got away with the crime and not arresting him until late December in rural Pennsylvania 2200 miles away. I absolutely guarantee every little piece of garbage he tossed out was searched and securitized while he was under surveillance in Pullman for a month. The dummy never tossed the computers though. At one time they had 42 Federal Bureau of Investigation agents on the case in Moscow/Pullman watching his every move. I'll wager they are going to find Madison Mogen's name all over those hard drives (Who i personally think was the intended victim)

I live in Aus 💁♀️🇦🇺 and have been following the case with you. I hope the edits that the judge suggested were made. The surveyor was an egotist and very demonstrative on the stand. He had no credit in my opinion; however he does suit the arrogance of the Defense🤷🏼♀️😄

It still won’t help his case. Let them do as they please. I pray that his attorney is finally going through the sealed discovery evidence against him. That would speed up the process of trial a lot more
