The most emotionally affecting moment of this album for me comes from this song, where Mike asks the most basic and important question. "Why the fuck must I be miserable?"
Because the way so many people in this world live, struggling financially, fighting for health care, fighting to pay the rent, fighting to live with basic necessities... it's unnecessary. The resources exist for these struggles to be either reduced or almost entirely negated.
There is NO reason, no ACCEPTABLE reason for that kind of misery to exist.

There’s just so much music happening here. Individually, each of these artists is capable of blowing you away with their talent. But they come together and deliver something transcendent, something that cannot be denied and demands greater attention. It gets under your skin and haunts you relentlessly.

Been following Killer Mike for years and never knew he had a partner that just as dope lyrically and that that was there songs playing in Black Panther and the Cadillac commercials.
