Here's the issue....The First Amendment does not entrust that power to the government's benevolence. Instead, our reliance must be on the substantial safeguards of free and open discussion in a democratic society. Effectively, the Supreme Court unanimously reaffirmed that there is no 'hate speech' exception to the First Amendment.......As an possible idea maybe we need to add an amendment to this?

Not really. Once upon a time I sold baked goods in downtown to the stores' workers. Some of my best clients were tattoo artists, some of them were tattooed all over, had piercings, etc.. Very nice guys. One of them helped me with a charity event publicity without me even asking.

It depends on what kind of tattoos, what he represents, his behaviors, mental stage, actions, communication, criminal history, and etc.‼️

This poor family! I wish the mother a full recovery, and hope the son is doing alright. The evil man that shot her needs to be behind bars for life. I don't understand why we have such hate for each other, we're ALL equal! This is an embarrassment to the country, and to our great state of Illinois.

My condolences to the family. Say what you want but his appearance says it all. When a person looking like that moves in beside me the first thing I am doing is finding out EVERYTHING i can about him. Sometimes its not possible but its becoming a prudent thing just to move away.
