I found your workout interesting, heard you discuss it in the past. In the US at drugstores, you can typically find an ear wash kit, you pour some drops in your ear to soften the wax, next using warm water (not hot water), the kit comes with a little squeeze device, you put the water in and it essentially injects the warm water into the ear canal to wash out the wax. It works really well.
I like to blame my hearing loss on working at a restaurant/nightclub, while in college, I would be assigned the bar near the band, as everyone else learned not to be assigned there, ear ringing at he end of shift. Also one of my first jobs in IT was working in a data center and having to rotate through the printer room. This was before laser printers. Take care of your hearing, having hearing aids is nice to hear conversations, but hindsight having my ears work properly would be better.
As for vlog space the cafe was interesting, but the back side with the kitchen would be lots of work to retrofit, but the front in closed area, could be a seating area for friends, subscribers to sit and be part of a live audience, maybe curtains to restrict viewing from the outside and potential distractions.
Loved this blog snd it was sooooo good to see that Danny is more serious but hasn’t changed so much! I follow you on IG and will look forward to whatever reels you do put up. Don’t be so scared of reels I started doing my own after I turned 70 so consider this a challenge for you.

I have a few story learning courses and really enjoy them, thanks for the discount. This is the best discount they give year around pretty much so best to use Anna's link. I own Spanish, German, Chinese and now Korean. I am trying to learn chinese right now and its good but I struggle finding things to watch or immerse myself in where im at but korean has so many good options plus in University all the Koreans I knew were so kind and fun.

There is a segment of YT videos dedicated to "house hunting". It is either for moving in a new place, buying a new house/apartment, or even what you do now with David to find an Airbnb. It can be quite niche but it is a type of content people that are moving to a new country always try to find.
There are also some big shows on this theme. "House Hunting International" being one of them.

Hi Anna. I completely understand how hard it is to vlog when you are home. I rarely take pictures if I am not traveling 😅. But you did a great job. As for TikTok and shorts. Again, I agree with you, lol. Luckily, that's not my profession. However, I don't know if this advice will help, but maybe you can use the shorts and TikTok content as little bits of info you don't include in the long form as a parody. If you want to do video editing, I really highly recommend buying a Macbook Pro over an Air! It's way more worth it. Mine is the Pro, M1, 14 inch!

just saying but be extra careful with the meat cleaver because, I was using one and got distracted and then cut right through my finger nail and tip of finger, luckily its healed with nothing visible, but just saiyng those knives can cut really deeply when most knives just slide of your nails.
