i think hyeju had the biggest transformation. during loona she was remembered as this kind of grumpy, gloomy girl. and i don't blame her for appearing that way - i'd be pretty miserable under bbc too! but now she appears like... her true self. so much brighter and more confident. and happy :)
i think hyeju also said it best - bbc scouted her because they wanted to see "how far" she would go in order to be an idol. the girls all made so many concessions about who they were and who they showed themselves to be. hyeju (and many of the girls) aren't having to do this near so much anymore. they can let their natural selves shine more than ever.
When I look at group pics of her in Loona vs. Loossemble/hangouts with other LOONA members, Ixve noticed that she doesn't smile quite that muchthese days, BUT somehow you'll find that there's actually a sparkling in her eyes. At least that's how I see it
This is a really perfect tribute to not only how far LOONA has come and how great the modern era of LOONA is, but also how far your channel has come from its early days of LOONA content. I feel like that's something I can relate to you on because we've both grown from teenagers to adults with LOONA, making videos about them along the way, and it's clear to me that orbits and LOONA have deeply affected each other and enabled them to be where they are today. I think this is a beautiful commemoration of that relationship, and it makes me feel genuinely grateful.
to be fair it was hyeju's suggestion it's funny that people automatically thought it was hyunjin's idea the explanation for why that is is cute too I love the girls so so so much
but loona really is forever! hyunjin once called out for orbits at a loossemble fansign and started crying and yeojin just started yelling it and there was a fan who went to fansigns of al the members and recorded them doing strawberry rush for chuu
the way that you connected the little then and now videos is so cool ! like hyunjin catching food in her mouth and vivi getting her neck pillow and then video of her still using it now and gowon little chuckle . that was such a cute little detail
I've made a playlist of all post-contract music. As I said above in another post, it's the closest thing to a big Loona album. Not quite the same, but the freedom they all have in these new careers makes it more understandable for me. They are happier now. It shows in behind the scenes videos.
oh man don`t make me cry like that... but I feel like we finally reached the point where we can look back fondly at the past and enjoy whats next to come for these girls
LOONA has survived and thrived partly to their fan base, but the members really stuck together and supported each other unselfishly. Now they are thriving.
I love when ppl talk about loona because there's no denying that their story is not really heard of in the kpop industry. I mean ALL 12 of them were able to get out start new and some of it if not all of it was thanks for us (orbits). I'm just so proud to be an orbit and to watch these girls grow into ppl who can actually own their career decide what they want to do now and not be girls who just came out of high-school and have no idea how a contract works (I mean obviously they did to a degree but definitely not the trickery BBC was going to do them).
This video really touched my heart and made me cry when you played day by day at the end. I love loona so much and I'm so proud of them and how far they've come. This video brought back some funny and bittersweet moments that I'll always remember. Thank you so much for this video ❤
the comparison vids on every member is making me emotional, like they're still the loona that we fell in love with, this is such a great video, it took me back on the days i used to watch these kind of videos for me to be familarized with them, and now that i knew them for the longest time i feel so emotional bcs im still here and now supporting their new journey. theyve came so far, and i am soooo proud of them on their individual growth.
that clip of jinsoul dying and chuu screaming KILLED ME LOL- Very thorough and insightful video on the members! I feel like through the years, they've really matured, and i'm glad they seem to be doing better than before. I remember your LOONA days, so this must have been very fun to work on!
I love all the girls so so much I hate when some ex orbits start behaving like only Ouriis or C.loos or kkotis or engdus Loona will always be 12 for me and I'll always support all the members. Anyways, good video, all good vibes and good feelings only, gotta love it Also support Yves people, her video should be way up higher with the other girl's videos.
The essence of both groups' music is very similar. Cosmic and dreamy, and it's probably because of Jaden. tripleS discography is very reminiscent of early loona, hence why they have similar audience demographic.
that's me, i'll always be an orbit, but tripleS scratches an itch in my brain that post-LOONA doesn't really satisfy anymore (mostly the chaos and chemistry)
this made me so emotional, never has a group or any musical artist won me over as much as these girls did since 2017... i REALLY am in this loona shit for life
This video is the one we needed for some time, but also feels like it has arrived just on time. Thanks for this! Very nostalgic, and it also clarifies head on that this time is the time when members get to shine more on their own, and, yet, they are still Loona. They shine bright not only in terms of more screen time or song lines or songs but also in terms of defining their own paths. And that shows that they are indeed the Loona we got to know and support.
Loonas freedom - and what it took to get there - makes me so emotional yet happy. I’m so proud of chuu for standing up for herself when she found out her contract wasn’t fair. That must’ve been so scary knowing that the whole country could’ve turned on her after that, especially once bbc retaliated and kicked her out and accused her of abuse. It’s a truly beautiful thing how the whole Korean entertainment industry basically came together to vouch for chuu’s character and work ethic. And that first step is what allowed the 11 other girls to follow step and sue as well. It was so risky and the future was so unknown. And I feel so thankful that they all decided to continue on in this career despite how difficult it must be at times. Their journey the past couple of years has been so inspiring and I’m so proud of the artists and role models they’ve become!! And thanks for the great video!!

I'm so happy BBC couldn't tear them apart and now they're all thriving. I think for me, Yves career is the most interesting right now, but they've all created amazing new music
Thanks for making this. I've been in love with them since Yves' era and am so happy that they have continued to prosper in all their careers. I was so worried about them last year when they were taking the fight to BBC. I can't believe it's been so long now since they've debuted and I never stopped to think about how much they've all changed and grown since I first caught wind of them. Yeojin not growing is so funny to me I feel like BBC was like " hey isn't she kinda short?" "Yeah but she's 14, surely she'll grow in a few years" Yeojin "bish u thought"😂❤
thank you SO much for making this guide. i was really wondering how to explain loona (post bbc) to new prospective fans and now i can just send them the link to this vid! great work :-)
Thank you, I've been looking for something like this!.... I didn't really follow them until the court battle era but I am following and rooting for them since, and it's good to have a way to get to know them better without trying to watch videos owned by bbc.
I’ve been stanning loona since hyeju’s debut it’s so touching seeing them grow up at the same time as me the clip of yeojin and gowon made me tear up 😭😥
Thank you for this video. I staned the girls a lot and their music and funny moments helped me a lot during hard times. I wondered how they are nowadays after finding their own paths. I'm excited to actually watch more of their new content
Sometimes I do think about what might have happened if BBC wasn't trash and treated them how they deserved. But also, what we have right now is maybe better. They all seem happier and like they're being treated with respect. Though if they ever got back together as Loona as like a side project or something, I would be running to see it, of course.
Yess, Heejin is perfect idol, she's Hexagonal idol Visual Center FotG (in artms) Best vocalist (in artms) 3rd best vocalist (in loona) 2nd best rapper (in artms & loona) Best dancer (in loona) Best stage presence (in artms & loona) heejin deserves a lot of distribution lines/screentime, but because of this STAN the other members hate heejin. She's a visual ace, not worth hating.
I got to see them live, unfortunately Chuu wasn't part of the tour because she was still in a legal battle with Blockberry. It was still amazing to see them live and there performances were fantastic. It really bums me out that they got split up into ARTMS and Loosemble.

Thank you for this video. I staned the girls a lot and their music and funny moments helped me a lot during hard times. I wondered how they are nowadays after finding their own paths. I'm excited to actually watch more of their new content

Congrats for your 10K Subs! Love the video about LOONA post BBC and the 6:54 'Momseul' part had me cracking up laughing
I’ve been here since Heejin debuted, it truly makes me emotional how far they’ve come
i luv what all the girls are doing now but i wish they were still together as loona😢 they were just getting started when things turned sour
YAY LOONA!!!!!
the loossemble lightstick being a croissant 🥐
Sometimes I do think about what might have happened if BBC wasn't trash and treated them how they deserved. But also, what we have right now is maybe better. They all seem happier and like they're being treated with respect. Though if they ever got back together as Loona as like a side project or something, I would be running to see it, of course.
Thank you so much for doing this video💔
i still feel like they are always together 🥺🩷🥹 .... they really are like a family ❣️my loona

heejin deserves a lot of distribution lines/screentime, but because of this STAN the other members hate heejin. She's a visual ace, not worth hating.
watching this vid is how i learn i have matching earrings with hyunjin?
I got to see them live, unfortunately Chuu wasn't part of the tour because she was still in a legal battle with Blockberry. It was still amazing to see them live and there performances were fantastic. It really bums me out that they got split up into ARTMS and Loosemble.
LOONA & THE LOONAVERSE SAVED ME ❤
