    ive been having terrible hand/arm/elbow pain since january. i tried physio and went to the doctor twice. im still struggling but that last stretch... is2g, feels like you took my pain off w ur bare hands! 🧘🧘🧘🧘🌟🌟🌟🌟💌💌💌

    Very challenging. I have tight shoulders.
