I have purchased farm plot in their venture near Sadasivapet The worst builder I have ever seen till today he didn't complete even 50% of development what he promised in his brochure it's been more than two years I am waiting for one small swimming pool to be completed for last two years which doesn't even cost him 5 lakhs. No maintenance in the venture at all he will put one watchman for name sake and he will ask them to work in other venture i have invested o.63 crore but still not able to enjoy the fruits and crops I am getting from my venture as people are stealing them even after compound wall and fencing on top of wall. Just because of no security by the builder. He don't care because all plots soldout and no unity among people like me as we are busy with our regular work Mr IVR Chaudhary looks like trust worthy guy but he is the most cunning guy, liar, cheater. Don't fall in their trap.

It's an awesome place to spend with family on weekends , special occasions and so on.

more than 100 km away from Hyderabad , more than 3 hours drive from Hyderabad . just misleading , all temporary setups.
