A very nice gent who owns the land and another who's brother owns the UK airspace 😊
We tested the new GoPro Hero 12 and our new Panasonic Zoom Camera
A barrel of laughs and some information on Public photography and drone flying

the old fella seems like a nice guy
@@brighton_heights yea he was, but I don't think he understood what was going on 😉
I'm not sure he was the full shilling. Seemed confused.
Might be the most jolly auditing ever. Nice! :)
Fabulous audit. You were polite and respectful and explained fully what you’re doing. Will definitely be looking for AA again. Well done to you sir 👍
Awesome thanks, lots more coming very soon. Stay tuned
They guy in the kiddie van talks absolute BS then drives off to the school !!
He's got a mattress, rope, a bottle of chloroform, a rag and a packet of Haribo in the back.
Sorry for the poor quality at the start. The video was still processing..Should be 1080HD now.. Please share and subscribe, a lot of new content is dropping very soon..
Thanks

That Roy was very confused and funny as f***. He reminded me of the stepfather in the movie, Shaun of the Dead.
Another brilliant video mate 👍🏽
@airvloggingGP23 cheers man..check out the stadium haha

30:42 The look on Bill Thomas’s Face when his name got outed 🤣👍🏽
Great video 👍⭐⭐⭐
The industrial estate redeveloped from the King's Dock Works tin plating and Amazon location was the Elba Works added around WW2. Extensive railway yard occupied the north side where video taken. To the west at the port is King's Dock where the Swansea area tinplate steel was exported. The sheet tinplating works closed in the early 1980s.
Awesome information..thanks for the comment..it's a big old site, sure ford's used to be there also..
@@Anonymousaudits There was the Ford Bridgend Engine Plant 1980-2020 to southeast at Bridgend, Waterton Industrial Estate. As of late 2022 articles, Ford and Welsh Government had not found a buyer for the site.
Great picture quality
Cheers.
13:09 love how describes in detail how they are going to collect & misuse your personal data. ICO might be interested in that confession. 😆
perhaps security has been told to keep his eye on the door now he is waiting for instruction to turn around
There has always "been a break-in last night!" 😂
Knobs in a van
The not-so-successful sequel to "Snakes on a Plane"?
Wee snake 😂😂😂😂
Good audit, you should be charging by the hour for your tuition.
I can give you a roof inspection! ;-)) Now that's painful, I've cracked a rib.
Lol ..why
@@Anonymousaudits I have a cracked rib. You made me laugh and that's bloody painful.
The knob in the van poking his nose in....he knows sweet FA. He's good at talking but not very good at listening.
It's actually reassuring to see that the police don't acknowledge this level of ignorance, they have far more important things to do than listen to delusional fools.
One of the better guys doing this type of stuff..
The guy in the blue suit needs a new one.
The one he's wearing is far too big for him😅😅😅
Beat me to it!
That old buffer in the suit reminded me of a Welsh Joe Biden, in looks and mannerisms 😂😂😂😂
The man was obsessed with having a name for his notepad.
I doubt very much if he knows what a notepad is or how to use one. Is he the boss??
Well done.
The absolute bemusement. You can see the cogs grinding.
The old guy seems a tidy Guy.. Down to earth.. I do understand him being concerned about someone filming not even showing any form of ID or anything or even a link to there you tube page.. I eaten think if you would have get the guy a link he would probably have give you a guided tour..
In fact the van driver was quite good as well.. All down to earth.
The guy with the grey hair very reasonable. Good man.
In what way? He was a bit like old Mr Grace from 'Are you being served'.
@@brimkathstampex2306 😂😂😂😂
A lot of negative comments here about him, but I too found him reasonable, and likeable in his earnest confusion.
Blue suit man looks like a walking bacon rind
The lawyer in the van needs to retrain, did he forget the health act 2006 section 5, smoking in commercial vehicle for more than 1 person
Whey doesn’t the old fella go for a cup of tea…. Unfortunately the world has moved on people can basically do what they want with a camera. BLAME CCTV FOR THAT. FFS.
38:20 Residential is not different. Not with a drone. You can fly over gardens the same as you can fly over an industrial site. You do have to be more careful about where you hover, but where you point the camera is the key thing. You could be hovering over someone's garden by filming something in the distance on the horizon. But hovering some distance away and filming into someone's garden whilst someone is in the garden could get dodgy - but only when you publish it. The act of recording is separate from the act of publication.
Now walking on residential property IS different to walking on other private property such as waste ground or a carpark or an industrial site. A homeowner can use reasonable (minimum) force to remove someone. But at an industrial site there is less of lawful right to physically move someone. Especially one without any security.
It is different mate, you can't hover over someone's house like we do over commercial, yes fly over over but not hang about as per these audit videos.
@@Anonymousaudits You can hover over someone's house. The camera could be doing a panoramic shot. It helps to be high enough that the noise from the drone isn't heard.
Privately owned.....publicly accessible.
Their reaction is a microcosm of today's society.....it's always someone else's fault/responsibility.......take responsibility for your own security by making it secure. Don't try to stop someone else doing a legal activity because you haven't got your house in order.
Grey van man. Haven’t got a clue
Oh my god, Steptoe is still alive😂😂
I'm sure that older fella was Roy Thomas the owner of the complex and was once the man behind the ill fated Air Wales.
Lost his property empire when the banks called in the debts during the credit crunch. Left him with that site as it was a wreck but he's managed to make millions out of if.
@andrewdavies3769 yes it was Roy..not sure about the rest, good few units rented out there though. 👍👍
LOL, they can't be bothered to secure their site properly, but try and blame you for their failures.
30:30 There is no public land in the UK. It is all privately owned, by someone or something. Anywhere you go you are always on private land. The key thing is whether that land is open to the public to walk on. For the public to be able to use it, it needs to be open and accessible by fee or otherwise. So any private road can be driven on by anyone. Only if it is gated is it a truly private road.
Also, you do not lose your human rights by standing on someone's private property.
The only thing that can be said is to be be asked to leave it, if it's reasonable to make that request. So putting one foot one foot onto private property means nothing and it would be unreasonable to demand the foot be moved. But if you were right next to a door way that said staff only and had gone down a path to get to it, then it would be reasonable to tell someone to move away. Force cannot be used unless it was appropriate to do so.
Use of force becomes a legitimate action if the person(s) trespassing refuses to leave, which then raises their activity to Aggravated Trespass.
@@BoronAlloy Not automatically. Refusing to leave that millisecond doesn't give grounds to use force. There has to be actual evidence that the person will stay on the land, such as camping or anything else that the time period will be hours. Even if force can be used, it must be kept to an absolute minimum. So blocking the path and directing the person towards the exit must be tried first. Then it can be escalated to pushing - gently. The key thing is that the force used must be proportionate and reasonable and necessary.
Refusing to leave does not make it aggravated trespass. It can do, but again it's not automatic. Aggravated trespass is defined as Intentionally obstructing, disrupting, or intimidating others from carrying out ‘lawful activities’. That someone makes a choice to stop work (or even continue work if it's security) is their choice, they weren't forced to remove the trespasser. Especially if the trespasser has done the equivalent of putting one foot one foot on the private property. It should be noted that aggravated trespass does not occur if the place is empty at the time. That doesn't mean the whole property, just the place where the trespasser is.
Oh my god! That obvious academic high achiever in the grey van couldn't have been thicker or more wrong about the law. He really didn't have the first clue about any of it (I suspect he doesn't have a clue about much to be honest). They all over-estimated Police powers by some margin too - educate yourself FFS!. Since when do members of the public need to ask strangers (with zero authority) for permission to do legal and lawful activity?
Pretty sure smoking in a work vehicle isn't legal.
Lol
Where do you fill a Hydrogen van. Does it run on Hot Air.
I was thinking the same. Funny that? Unless it's just an advert.
Giving a name isn't going make any difference and obviously this site needs more gates or fences and it's their own fault if something goes missing and ignorant man has no idea on drone laws and police wouldn't waste time when there is nothing they could do
Absolutely...
Have you updated the software on your s23 ultra to the latest AI Version
It's because it's still processing to 1080, long video, and selected as Premier..so will be at 360p for about an hour.
😂😂
All good now?
It’s still publicly accessible and all the businesses on site must be onboard with the requirement to leave.
Legally Only the land owner can ask you too leave.
You own the air space 😂😂😂
Trespassing is not a crime.
It is a crime but its a civil matter nothing to do with police until you commit aggrevated trespass then the police can be involved
If its double yellow line painted on the road its public
@3211SD absolutely..👍👍
Blue suit wasn't a happy camper.😂😂😂😂
Next time say your name is Eric Shawn 😊
It's quite rife in the UK how the public don't understand the basics of what a crime is and isn't.
It seems like a lost culture of ours.
Glad to see an auditor actually engaging in conversation about it. And seeing how wrong they are. Then educating them on it.
Other auditors don't even bother speaking about it. Which suggests to me they only know enough to do auditing.
Focus Pocus is also very good at this. Because his goal is to see what reactions from the public we get. Regarding the lack of knowledge on law.
Because that's what auditing is supposed to be about. Awareness of law. Not just making money. DJ & PJ etc seem to be making money out of it not educating the public on laws beyond drones.
Joe Biden.... (case of never being at the right age)
Ignorance is bliss it seems. Confused people who ask questions but remain ignorant that is suspicious and surprising Google it in your own time boys and enlighten yourselves

Your approach is about basic, and your vocabulary is too limited. Most thefts are inside jobs, so it’s the employees that are responsible for most theft. So it should be easy to defend yourself when they accuse you of planning a robbery. Perhaps add that to your script …
