She's the creator of the app, so she would naturally know more about Ibis than anyone else, so she makes these videos just to help all the artists who use the app.
Possibly an easier way: Use a brick-wall picture (optional. if so use a good pic on HD, the quality of it will affect the quality of your work) Set it to darken use the neon brushes Draw your sketch on paper put that sketch on a layer draw over It with a neon brush use an airbrush to color around your drawing to show some glow or use a filter to do so too and done i think
Wow! I am definitely trying this whenever i get my tablet! I draw on my phone too, but i like it better whenever i hold my apple pencil. My drawings are sooo colorful. I use ibispaint on my channel :)
