cant wait to receive mine next week. i got carnage skin.... i just have to say im really really happy with my jsaux case and its really nice on ally and top quality.. for only 30....dbrand cost me 100 maybe more with imports.....
Thanks for the review, I've just ordered mine, I have the skulls n co grip case but I find my hand are going numb during playing, so hoping this case remedies that. And also like that the travel cover will give it a smaller profile in the backpack compared to putting the ally in a hard zip up case
Hi, i am planning to get it.... Overall, what are the impressions after some time? How easy is it to put the top cover on, as i am primarily getting it for that. Need a slim case for travel. Also, in another video, it said that the top cover seems to press against the volume buttons. Have you had the same experience?
I love the case. It is rock solid. The tolerances to make this case is super tight. For that reason I say to be super careful when you finally pull the top part of the case over or you will wrinkle the top part of the sticker. The shell is easy to get on and off due to the “rails” as I mention in the video and do not at all have trouble with it pressing on the volume buttons. I say after a week of use, it is rock solid. I did think before I got it, it would make the ally look bigger but to me it actually makes it look and feel smaller. Mostly I’d say because of the materials closing in around the screen. Not that that’s a knock, just an observation. Still gets highest marks.
Hello friend! Quick question: how heavier does the device become? I purchased a plastic one from Ally Express and it makes the device 176g heavier. It kinda hit me, not gonna lie. Besides, the case I have is also kinda slippery. I would appreciate if you can provide me the overall new weight of it, as this dbrand case is expensive and I wouldnt like to waste the money. So with the case and skin on, the total weight is 752.7g. With the cover on it’s 841.8.
Silly question but the kickstand on the back can't be removed?
No. Unlike the one for steam deck, the rog ally version cannot be removed.
