As a note to remember: DIMASH can sing every note on a piano keyboard and a few off the high end of the keyboard. If you noticed he hit those notes with almost no effort or strain in his voice, like it is a normal thing for anyone to do. He is the LEGEND of Music that never stops amazing you. Each song he does is different as anyone who has been listening to him for years can tell you. For me almost 4 years and everyday I need to hear him to maintain my best mood(that's powerful stuff-no other singer even comes close to affecting me that way). DIMASH is in a realm of his own, without any competition.

Dimash is currently 26, from Kazakhstan and sings in 12 languages. He was trained in classical and contemporary but he also sings pop, folk, world music and he just started rapping.

There is no way of putting him in any just one classification, he arranged his songs to be a mixture of many different genres. Great reaction! With a vocal range from A2 to D8, this performance was just a warmup excercise for Dimash. While his range is phenominally impressive, it's the control he has in every register that seperates him from all other singers. You have a lot to experience from this amazing young man. You will see a truly touching moment between Dimash and his dad. His dad is the gentleman with the red lanyard that the cameraman keeps showing throughout this performance. He came to watch/see Dimash as a surprise and stayed out of sight until the end of this song. He didn't want Dimash to get too nervous before his performance. At the end of this song Dimash looks to his left and catches a glimpse of his dad. Then full on recognizes him. There's a big hug between the two and they exit the performance hall. Walking backstage Dimadh asks his dad if he did good. That's how truly humble Dimash is.

Just to give you a heads-up: the videos of Dimash from "The World's Best" TV show are amazing vocally, but the show cut his songs in half and sucked so bad, that he quit, so it's not a pleasant experience for the fans to watch these videos. It's the total opposite of the Chinese "Singer" show in 2017, from which is your video of "Opera 2". This show made Dimash a superstar in China overnight with 600 million views of his performance of "SOS" on Weibo platform.
MORE THAN 600 million views on day of premiere broadcast ALONE.....since then it has garnered more than one billion views on Weibo ALONE.

You won't be listening to his music on the radio or seeing him often on Western television, but this artist's fan base is larger and more loyal than some of the most famous and international pop stars. People will fight you online if you pronounce the wrong name, your fans will spend hours watching your videos, opening fan clubs around the world and leaving long comments on UA-cam with the story of each song. They are obstinate and well prepared. My question was necessary at this point. What made these people so close to him, and what does he have that other artists don't? He doesn't need paid advertising because his fans of him will do it for free. They genuinely love this artist so much that they want to make him known at all costs. Some claim he provides them to overcome depression, others say he has changed their lives with his music, some fans even believe he is an angel or a superhuman. If you send in that Michael Jackson had some diehard fans, Dimash fans, who call themselves Dears, are clearly above them all. As soon as I heard his voice, I was immediately impressed in 2017. No wonder his fans are obsessed, his voice is incredible and, at first glance, he also seemed like a very humble person. The 26-year-old Kazakhstan artist reached stardom for the first time after participating in some national competitions and spreading his fame abroad, taking second place in the Chinese program - I Am A Singer 2017-. In this show, he was the youngest participant to compete against established and professional Chinese artists. One of the songs I heard him sing was a popular "S.O.S d'un terrien en détresse". A French song by Daniel Balavoine. I was immediately impressed by his incredible technique and delivery. His vocal training is formally classic, but he can sing pop songs extremely well. Your choice of original songs and covers is never obvious and always leaves the listener in awe. What shocks me the most is the use of the vocal fry technique. He manages to hit super low notes and jump to highs so perfectly, without ever failing. Above all, the most impressive feature of his voice is the use of the "whistle". I never heard a man use this technique before Dimash. Sorry Mariah, but her whistles are incredible. You just need to listen to his songs for yourself, because it is impossible to explain this talent with words. His vocal range is incredible. Its length is 6 octaves and 5 semitones, ranging from a low A1 to an incredible D8. Observing this, the highest note male record is an F # 8 and Dimash is only 3 semitones from him, I wonder if one day he would try to beat the record. Another thing that caught my attention, was the perfect pitch always impeccable. He is probably the only singer who has never been challenged on any score, which is why many people have given the nickname "Alien". The American show increased the popularity of the Kazakh singer abroad, so much so that one of his songs, in Kazakh language, debuted on MTV USA in October 2020. The love for his country and his honesty are always visible in all his performances his. Each of his concerts always includes cultural aspects related to his country, such as the use of private instruments for accompaniment or traditional clothing and singing styles. I think the choice to sing in your native language was anything but casual. I believe that one of his goals is to increase his popularity and recognition of his country. After gathering my thoughts, I realized that I was right about my assumptions of him. Now I truly hope people read the full comment here. Been a fan since 2016 and you summarized most people's experience with Dimash for the most part perfectly. I also was one who had their depression clear with the help of Dimash, and now I've taken to studying every great talent and technique I can find thanks to Dimash. I could always sing but Dimash showed me what real and genuine singing is and I'm proud to have been working with passion and singing with heart, soaking up every bit of musical knowledge as I could these last 5 years. Dimash is extremely humble, devoted and loyal and that's what makes him stand out above others for me. You can have the best voice in the world, if you're cocky arrogant scum, I'll acknowledge your talent, from very very far away and not associate with you whatsoever. Congratulations on your reaction, Dimash is a very humble and simple boy, for what i have read and seen he highly appreciates his roots and exposes them when he can in his presentations. He is very respectful of everyone and kind. He was competing in The World´s Best in 2019 but he retired. This caused annoyance in Rupaul but Dimash was more concerned with leaving the little ones that competed with him frustrated and seeing the level and quality that he has, he would very likely have won. By the way the prize was of 1,000,000.00 dollars.

I would recommend starting with the Singer series and the SOS breakout performance that most people begin with. You will get many subscribers if you react seriously and frequently to Dimash (however his fans will avoid you if you react to a Worlds Best show performance because they treated him badly).

He sang a D8 in his whistle tone but the way he expresses his emotions and use his whole body and soul to connect with the audience is even more impressive. Also he sings literally any genre...because of his versatility he is the only artist in my 58 years that do not bore me at some point. And believe me I heard him not at his best but he is human and gets tired sometimes but when he gives his best there is no one that can copy the whole him. He truly is one of a kind.
