The legend Davey! I bumped into Davey in London near where I live as he stays in a hotel here in Kensington when on tour. Great talent. Richard, as ever, brilliant.
I really enjoyed this interview do much. Very easy, relaxed and Davey is lovely. So talented too. He has been on albums I bought as a young kid, and I knew he dated Kiki Dee in the 70s, so really good to know more about him. Thanks Richard.
keep up the podcast man, me and friend used to crack up watching you and LD in Curb. we arent friends anymore. But i live in LA and would love to work for a legend like you
I love listening to these conversations. Richard please do something about Buster Keaton, I have no one to talk to about the great silent comedians, at least it would feel like having a conversation!
Great conversation. Thank you Richard and Davey. Rock history gold! 65 and still rockin am I. Love the look of that acoustic 6-12 double neck. Beautiful Banjo. Peace and Love and hearing talented performers tales of their lives
Logistics without the Internet is a nightmare. Especially for a road crew and 8 musicians some groupies... Yeah. I dont know how they did it in the prehistoric times.
Also, health is all in the mind. If you think you are going to die or lose a battle. You will. It sounds like dine store fortune cookie crap but it could be a gift from G-D
My favorite comedian and my favorite guitarist, this is gold!👏👏👏

Davey is an essential part of Elton's success. One of the greatest rock guitarists.
This was so lovely, been a huge fan of Elton John and his band forever it seems. What an amazing life he's lived in music history.
Good to see you both !
So cool to hear Davey Johnstone. I've spent many hours listening to his playing on Elton's classic albums. Love Richard in Curb too!

This was great Richard. I have loved Davey’s music and playing for most of my life.
Richard the name is your schtick! Come on. People don't know your comedy if they don't get the name.
Cool interview, thanks! You guys are great. 😊
Great mention of Gus Dudgeon...so underrated.
brilliant
Another great I interview. Richard talking with his friends one-on-one. Completely spontaneous.
Always enjoy this time with you - also good to hear you announcing Keith Olbermann's podcast! Take care!
