"Fearless Boy Wonder Mask" is the name of the cowl that doesn't have a cape. It also looks much more like Nightwings cowl than the one you're using in this video.

Caboose, even though I'm not Hayatei, I do main Robin and I have a tip for you. End your combos in 212 into birdarang. 212 is a hard knockdown so the opponent can't roll away, and the birdarang stuff the wakeup (if it's semi-invincible). On all characters, the opponent has a choice: they can block the birdarang (which is +25 on block) which will alow you to go into free pressure or they can wakeup if they have a fully invincible wakeup like Batman, Atrocitus, or Cheetah. Since most invincible wakeups are unsafe on block, you can force their hand and punish then for it.

There is also a court of owls mask (not sure what the official name is, but something to do with the court and the owls) that has no cape. It has a very cool winged look to it that makes for a unique Nightwing build.
