Tip #1: No amount of exercise or training can prepare you for the amount of wear, tear and aches you're going to experience from even the simplest of back bumps.
As a blue belt in Jiu Jitsu I agree as you say preparation in the ring is the best way to prepare I have done cross fit and cardio before going to class it can be tiring
I'm excited to start my journey. I'm planning on going to Jacobs-Prichard Wrestling Academy. I can only imagine what it'll be like. I appreciate this advice. Thank you.
@@TilWeMakeIt Well, I finish school in about a year. But I've already got the tuition fee taken care of and put to the side in savings. So pretty much as soon as I get out of school. Yes sooo exited for Seth's training school. Just a question I've been thinking about. so I heard Drew mcintyre pitched the idea to have him thrown off of the cage, is that real? Cause he came back the next night like nothing happened. And I'm terrified to train with Colby and Marek.

Would you say it's at least worth getting some cardiovascular training in before going to a school? As someone that hasn't worked out much my cardio isn't great and I'd really like to keep up in training
You bet, but the cardio you'll be doing at practice, I think you will discover, will be demanding in a way no other really is - not cycling, swimming or running (to name a few.) How soon will you begin training?
@@TilWeMakeIt Well originally I was going to give myself 4 months to see what sort of shape I'd be in. But I never even considered the possibility of being able to get that done in a ring. I wish there was one, absolute answer to that question, but there isn't. Your best bet would be to enroll for a short period of time and see how your body responds, before plunking down a real chunk of change for years of training.
I want to know one thing...if am qualified enough and I got good records in my previous wrestling career..and I wanna join WWE.. travel from Asia to United States..all these expenses should be taken by ourselves nah??
I guess it kind of goes with having a good ability to improvise, but have you got any tips for dealing with Hecklers? No doubt you've had a few smartasses trying to be funny or put themselves over during a match or an entrance?
Hey Gerry, this is a great question. Especially in an era of social media, there are more and more people at live events (of all kind) that are there to put themselves over, at the expense of the show/the talent/the organization. I would say the real trick is to disarm them, but in a charming way. If it comes off as nasty, the crowd will turn on the performance, and get behind the heckler even more. And that will only embolden them further. An interesting guy to watch for this is British stand-up Jimmy Carr. He alternates between being playful (which comes off as charming and good-natured) and being quite savage with hecklers.
