It's an amazing feeling to see small changes add up to big results. It's a perspective changing moment to feel brave by realizing that all the moments that came before that scared you shitless yet ya still faced and got through were the building blocks for a courageous and self assured foundation. I'm a relatively new subscriber to your channel (a couple of months 😔), but even so I wanted to say a huge thank you as I've been struggling with anxiety & body image issues a lot more lately (I'll try to not bore anyone but I've had 27 surgeries on one knee, so my weight constantly fluctuates due to the lack of exercise around each surgery/chronic pain levels, plus the permanent restrictions I've got with what I'm physically allowed/capable of doing since then original torn ACL injury back in 1998!) & I've recently been trying to follow some of your more beginner friendly video's/tutorials with my 12 year old daughter, & seeing how much progress past you has made overcoming your own body image concerns & everything else & seeing you now spreading nothing but joy, positivity & self acceptance, it really does give me hope that one day I'll genuinely be in a better headspace as right now my biggest fear is passing my own body issues onto my daughter, so being able to work out together to your video's is a fun time!! I also appreciate your candidness when you do have a low spell or an 'off day', you're human after all, but just know that your honesty & vulnerability about these times are reaching people who need to hear that things will be ok, & life can & will improve.
