Play it I beat Tenchu 1 and 2 on ps1 last year and now I’m playing Tenchu 3 legacy of kain games and onimusha series are other underrated series I want to play but I can say this I love Tenchu a lot better than sekerio shadows die twice

@@GloriousZote It’s really not… it’s like a samurai dark souls wannabe and the animations feel disgusting and everything feels rushed…. Tenchu is better paced to me

I remember this game was one of the first games I see to PS2 the graphics in character select just blow my mind ! Incredible good graphic models.

This was the first Tenchu game I played and it was the best Tenchu game I played. I wish I could rediscover it again.

@@whiteargentinian2662 guess who's work on the chara design of the tenchu series? :D That's why Anko's design is strangely similar to Ayame's, and the obvious Rikimaru/Kakashi. Orochimaru/Onikage, Tatsumaru/Itachi, etc, etc.

You may think its strange but historically speaking, Shinobis used to run without swaying their arms since they believe moving your arms is counter productive and wastes more energy. Arms would be stuck out for balance or close to their sides or even relaxed which leaves them flying backwards like in Naruto. This has been verified but as silly as it looks the Naruto run is actually historically accurate, especially for Shinobis that had to traverse great distances to conserve energy.
So I think Rikimarus version of the run is his left hand is on bottom of his sheath to A) keep his arm from moving and to B) stabilize the sword on his back from moving too much. His right hand is pointed to his face in the traditional 2 finger concentration/meditation pose (which is also kept still) I guess to focus and too look cool since holding your arm up for that long can become tiring which causes fatigue and that's the last thing you want when an enemy is nearby and you can't even withdraw your sword from your dominant arm.
The addition of ability, and three different layout makes the game so replayable.
In my opinion tenchu 3 is a masterpiece, great music, beautiful graphic in the era, and the characters are so well designed. Love this game to death.
by far my favorite game, always a special place in my heart for Tenchu, hope to see this game done in HD for ps4

2003 was such a great gaming year. Wrath of Heaven and Indiana Jones and the Emperor's Tomb consumed me.
Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time, Ratchet & Clank: Going Commando and Silent Hill 3 also came out in 2003 and are incredible gems with outstanding soundtracks as well!

Idk how or why but I got a strange bout of nostalgia and memories from this game just came flooding back and I sought out this game again to relive bit of the nostalgia I had
God, this game is magnificent! The atmosphere, the music, the gritty graphical and visually soothing blur effects, just...top-notch! It all comes together beautifully!

When I was like.... 6? the Graveyard always scared me because you can't kill the Tuyul with normal blade

It will be stupid if they don’t remaster this game in 2023 because it will be the 20th anniversary year for this game.

Tenchu 1, 2, 3, and Fatal Shadow, as long Wrath of Heaven is on it.
What I do want is some changes.
1. Add those 2 extras bonus stages and extra scenes that was on the Xbox.
2. More characters to play (might as well put all the bosses) on versus mode either online or split screen.
3. Let us use the special moves that we can never do. For example, Tatsumaru’s Izuna Drop. Let us do high jump front and backward
4. Make the CO-OP last mission harder and add all the bosses.
