I’m not really sure how that statement can be made with how many different batmobile’s are in the comics. If anything the Michael Keaton batmobile is the most accurate.

I like it. It looks like a proper chop shop car.
It really reminds me of the Batmobile used in Arkham Knight mixed with several of the on-screen versions; most notably the Tumbler. Seems sleek and fairly fast. I do feel that it is a little bigger than what it should be and may not be able to meet the required functionality of a Batmobile. However, this is definitely my favorite on-screen appearance of the Batmobile.

This just showed up in my recommended and I'm fine with it, although to be honest this bat mobile looks like the keatonmobile and the tumbler had a child, still looks great though!

You know for all the talk they seem to be trying to do what I liked most about The Batman Animated Series stuff. They're taking the best stuff about Batman and melding it all together into a definitive, best common denominator Batman. Even the suit is the most comics accurate yet while also being a combination of many design inspirations.
FINALLY. Finally somebody is doing Batman right instead of picking and choosing what they want for an adaptation. Like Burton liking the darkness of it all, or Joel liking the extravagance or Nolan liking the idea of grounding it in realism. Finally Synder is saying "lets just do the Batman from the comic books that everyone loves instead of trying to justify our own spin on it"

I think it was purposely given a slighty worn out and used look. I don't really see Batman as the type of guy to take the Batmobile to the auto detailer.

I would like one in gloss back, not this dusty looking military meta look! I even see some rust on it in certain paces, I guess for realism and the cold steel/iron look.
When people star building the replicas of it there will be some in gloss black. PLus, I bet this one is easier to make street legal. They made the Michael Keaton Batmobile street legal, but they have yet to make the tumbler street legal. And I would want to be able to drive mine.

This batmobile is a combination of the ugly Tumbler batmobile, and they combined it with the batmobile from the Michael Keaton Batman movie. The Keaton batmobile looks way better than this new one from Batman vs Superman!

It looks like a sci-fi spacecraft. It lacks style / elegance. The '89 batmobile in comparison is still more interesting in my opinion. Today it is much easier to create 3d shapes / props, but without strong artistic skills these complicated /flashy models wont have the "wonder factor".
in '89 the Batmobile mesmerised the audience. This new model looks like any other average sci-fi prop.
Even Nolan's batmobile was better. At least they tried something extraordinary. (It looked cool and interesting but it missed the "wonder" element. ) This new model is just a rip-off from Nolan's model.

This has to be the biggest pice of shit bat mobile I have ever seen. Its like they took every bad design idea ,through them all together and called it good! It looks 9 feet wide , it has a shitty gun as a hood ornament wtf? Where's the pop up 50 cal BMG's ,the sleek lines and fins .after all it is the bat mobile

+Bornstellar Makes Eternal Lasting No, the one in "Batman begins" is really and completely functional, I mean, it has a functional design, it can drive over the cars, jump, twist 180 degrees at high speed, etc., it's functional. But this batmobile from "Batman vs Superman" has an idiot design, Batman will get to the road and will be obstructed because all the cars there, the only way it could get out from the traffic would be by shooting out to the other cars wich would be really stupid. And I'm not fan of the Nolan's movies, I actually hate them, and I love the 1989's batmobile, but I do recognize that the Nolan's vehicle is really functional and practical.
