Hi, it's a copper foil that works as a heat sink. If you don't damage anything, it will work, no doubt. The speaker has spring pins press to PCB.

Hi, okay, once one specialist wrapped the phone in a towel and put on a heater (by a cover side). Honestly, I wouldn't recommend this way too flammable better to go to a service/repair center.

О, вы русскоговорящий? Вопрос по 5:55 такое снятие не повредит разговорный динамик? Или это просто защитная пленка, а не шлейф? Я так понимаю его потом надо оттуда вынуть, так как сам динамик влеен.

Здравствуйте, это теплоотводящее покрытие. Коннекторы прижимные. Обычно приклеен на двусторонний скотч.
