What is your DREAM knife?
Default currently and my dream knife is m9 bayonet :D
I have 2 knives currently, Stock CT and Stock T, dream knife Ursus Vanilla (realistic). Non realistic is Ursus Ruby or Sapphire

Dream: bfk tiger tooth for ct and skeleton default for t

even pro player cannot afford knifes that they want
i think they definitely could, it's just they didn't know much about skin market i think (so they buy the knives to be used, not to be invested / sold again like most other normal players)
i mean i have a 500 USD knife just because i know i can sell it again later, if i didn't know that i can sell it again for real money, i won't be buying even a 100 USD knife

I notice that flusha and SANJI use default knifes on matches. I respect that more than anything.

M9 is just to small pull out is ok but I personally like the huntsmen over the m9 just spinning it out after a awp shot is so satisfying

I love when a pro actually knows about the skins. you can tell they love every aspect of the game and aren’t just pretending to only care about tactics!
i had a brief period when i legit used all the knives but after a few months I'm dead bored of any knife and just the default one is fine as it doesn't distract me too much
yeah when I use knives I literally get bored and want to trade for another one within a week, better to just stick with default knife and not bother tbh
@@hampustornros yea for real i had many knives as well and after like a week im so bored of it i just wanna sell/trade and after you try all knives you dont really mind the default
only reason i still have a knife in csgo is because i hate the default knife animations

Biggest regret in hindsight was selling my vanilla Butterfly knife for C$250 on the Steam Community market (8-9 years ago). That was the price at the time. Didn't play games much so I'm not sure why I didn't just hold onto it
You’re not alone haha I had the exact same knife sold it on market because I wanted to try out other knives & now regret losing out on $1500 lol..
same, I sold my phase4 bayonet for 190£ in 2019…nowadays it’s like 400-500£.

funny, since I played cs, I liked the butterfly the most, everyone liked the karambit the most and suddenly after many years they magically like butterfly the most

because talon knife came out, and talon is actually way better than karambit, but most people are afraid to admit that. thats why they magically switch to butterfly to avoid that their fav karambit knife is replaced by much cooler 200$ talon

Until the butterfly knife gets old in the coming years and the players and pros decided the new best knife lol. I'm guessing it will be the talon or skeleton knife.
Skeleton knife with the doppler and gamma doppler finishes are the next step for s tier knives

depends how strong is the team,for the top ones its 20-50 k euro i think
They make quite a bit if they are popular, they have a salary and then they make a substantial amount from stickers + sponsorships
Good to see so many of them are mature enough not to WASTE money on knives
btw ik it isnt completely waste as u can sell it whenever u want but its still kinda waste
Kinda but ultimately skins are what make them money, no skins = CS not making that much money to Valve = they abandon the game (well that's somehow already the case but it would be worst) = no viewers
I mean i play cs go for years and i spent myb 20$ on my account and thats it. For last opration. Why would anyone give like 400+ dollars for ingame knife. Bruh.
Well, if you are earning thousands of dollars playing a game that you basically played majority of your life and you are still playing it 10 hours a day, why wouldn't you spend a few hundred to make the game look a bit better. Also some kids have rich parents and every kid buys toys and shit that are useless. Some people play airsoft and buy airsoft guns for hundreds of dollars, some people buy surfing boards for hundreds of dollars, if it's your hobby and you spend so much time enjoying it, it may actually be worth it for you, and after all you can still sell your knife for real money. I have played CS for over 10 years and the most expensive skin i had was like 30 dollar AK-47.
I bought 3 butterfly knives back in 2017 for 220 each. After 1.5 year sold them for 410 usd each. Nice investment btw
