Hi Coach Sink. This is a great coaching vehicle. I'm a former high school QB that felt I could have made NFL if I had someone like you helping me develop. I'm using your methods to keep my mechanics on the money so I can coach my 3-year-old son and his friends.
hmm. i am 14 and my dimensions are severely underwhelming- 5'2'', 95 pnds. I am going to do these everyday. I can throw about 35 yards, the goal is 45 in 3 months. (I also recommend the 2 inch drill. Train your QB to throw 2 inches farther each day- 2 inches equates to a yard in half a month...You can add 10 yards in less than 2 months)- THANKS COACH!!
Im 5'3 and 100 lbs and im working on the same thing as you. Just remeber to eat alot and hit the gym. Ive gained 15 pounds the last few months. You got it bro!
I’m a junior in highschool and I can only throw the ball 45 yards will that ruin my chance at getting into a college? How much farther do I need to improve before college?
If you’ve already played your junior year of football and don’t have any offers you need to grind almost daily, go on a meal plan to build muscle and try to get faster. Starting D1 Qbs can usually throw 60+ Yards. If you have good enough film you might get offers but colleges aren’t always gonna come for you so make sure you’re actively emailing and dming college scouts and position coaches your film. Send it to every d1 d2 football program just to ensure that you can get a offer because if you just pick a 5 SEC schools you might never even get noticed. If college football is your dream then you have to dedicate yourself to it because not all of us are born unbelievably talented, there’s always a better player out there then you and he’s probably improving daily so you have to keep up. Be your biggest critic and realize that you aren’t perfect but work on your weaknesses to improve and become a better overall player. Just do all that and work smart, don’t do anything stupid off the field, pray you don’t get injured, and don’t half ass your effort and hopefully you get blessed with the opportunity to play football at the next level.
I was frustrated cause i only could throw for 15 yards and now I’m throwing above 25-30. And it’s just been only one week doing the excercises , damn insane
It was all good for me until I torn a rotator cuff on my throwing arm in high school and broke my radius & ulna bones in college. In my mid 30s now, still have shoulder pain often when I don't get enough sleep, if standing for too long, continuous heavy lifting, or after throwing the football at a park. I've also permanently lost range of motion on my injured wrist...With that said, I still can throw the football in tight spirals with pin point accuracy up to 40 yards on any given day. Strangers on the receiving end of my football throw tells me sometimes they hear the ball whistling. I presume people could tell, since they've never asked, that I used to be a qb probably from my throwing motion and how the ball travels accurate and fast coming off of my hand. But for some odd reason, I struggle getting the ball pass 50 yards on a lob throw. I'd love to watch it fly 60 70 80 yards with 5+ seconds hang time. That's the whole reason I got into football as a kid in the first place because I fell in love watching the football fly high though the air in a spiral; especially the official USA kind not those composite China stuff. I didn't care much about football as a game since the beginning. Don't get me wrong, it's nice to win a ring and get overly paid to play. Honestly this day and age, I could careless about football as a game. I just enjoy throwing it and watching it fly. Given my age and condition, any suggestion on how I can accomplish throwing 60 plus yards or improve on my limited range? I've checked strength. I've checked mechanics. I've checked technique. I'm definitely not lacking those 3 things. Maybe the reason could be from not enough motion quickness or couldn't get that snap due to my prior injuries!? I get envious of those in the 60+ yards club. That is the only thing I am missing from what I enjoy doing.
i’ve been trying this for about 3 months now, these exercises have helped me throw about 15 yards farther than before. Thanks coach!
have a question? Any other workouts you used? Trying to acheive this. Where did you start from and where are you now.

Going to start doing these, will this add velocity to my ball too?
The kid didn't know how to do the drill then said he did it 25 times a day🤣
Nah he said 100

Idk how far I can throw because there’s no nfl fields in my area. I live in Australia lol
I’d use measuring tape then that’s what i usually do
How does this guarantee a qb 7-10 yards on their deep ball?
Flexibility and shoulder strengthening, most of the qbs power comes from the shoulders
Xile Zane from the legs
Xile Yasuo no most power does NOT come from the shoulders
