Recorded on June 7, 2020 in the height of the COVID 19 Pandemic and the Black Lives Matter protests. I felt moved to go live to collectively process what we were all feeling but were struggling to articulate. I knew I would soon be leaving Tampa but had no clue where my life was headed, literally and figuratively. So join me as we receive a message from the past as we sit in the future.

With so much going on in each of our lives personally, locally and globally I've watched several of my friends and loved ones become exhausted. Exhausted from explaining, fighting, protesting, redirecting...living in Brown skin.
I want to offer a safe space for us all to feel heard, but also to talk about establishing #boundaries. It's a tough thing to wrap our minds around but is so needed right now as we each understand our role in this fight.
