i mean he really is bad on most maps, especially mansion the problem is that compared to john doe & coolkid, they need to read the players well in order to do well, and you feel very satisfied when hitting abilities with 1x1x1x1, there aren't too many situations where you're getting a read, and you're either absolutely guessing where the player is going, or hoping they aren't paying attention to your projectile. Both projectiles are incredibly easy to see coming if you're decently far away, and landing entanglement doesn't provide much reward if the player knows how to get out of the stun quickly. I'm not saying 1x1x1x1 is unviable or whatever, but he's definitely feels the weakest out of the 4. You're absolutely able to demolish with this killer, but you're able to do that with the other killers just as well, if not better.
In the ranged department 1x is def the best to do it (which scales basically 1:1 to how good you are at prediction and hitting projectiles) but of course each killer has their weaknesses and certain maps they're terrible at I wouldn't say 1x1 is the weakest out of the 4 but he's the most skill dependent of the four, and being bad at 1x will be way worse than being bad at Jason due to how unforgiving 1x is with his kit compared to the other killers. His ranged capabilities is practically infinite as long as you're good at it which isn't quite the same for the other killers who don't have as much reward for hitting really far shots

Two words: stamina management. I've killed many competent players as Jason by baiting stuns and 1337's block and managing my stamina well. Jason is by no means bad, and should NOT be considered the worst. Due to his kit only requiring him to catch up, which he is able to do, I've found he's the most reliable killer by far if you hate certain maps as other killers, as a competent Jason has the same chance of victory on all of them.

Ngl, the biggest problem with him, is that the slash hitbox is just trash, cuz instead if it being in front of you, its behind, similar to pillar chase 2 ones.

He entirely depends on wether you hit your abilities and the survivors. Yes he can be a powerhouse but against stunners he struggles so much. There are game where i could just not do anything aside from hitting the occasional mass infection because i would just always get stunlocked by 2 shedlendskies, 3 guests and a chance. He is viable just very hard to make use out of his abilities. Because lets be real even if he has the best spotting tool in the whole game unstable eye is not a great tool for chases. That speed 1 really doesnt help at all when you cant see shit since they dont stay highlighted

Maps with corners and a lot of walls or darker maps if they have unpredictable movement unless they have their brightest skins out you are guaranteed to loose them. Also after the patch he is very good now, since there’s no endlag on entanglement if you successfully use it on someone
@@tonympal It probably helps that I play on a massive TV so I couldn't lose them if I tried. When you're looking for a blur the size of your fist because the TV is that big, it's super easy to notice them even around corners. TV strat OP I guess lol (xbox player which is why I use my TV)
All killers are strong and have their own playstyles (1x1 ranged, jason typical chaser, coolk anti-runaround (though his bots do a piss poor job at it) and john trapper), so if you suck at them, its your fault on why they are bad btw i got to mention your reading abilities are off the charts

Elliot needs just 1 half decent player on their team (preferably guest or shedletsky) to be good. If you two stick together, they can defend you and annoy the monster while they chase after you or you heal them while the monster chases them
