Hi! Pasquale, Here's a way to eliminate the use of toothpicks. Just take egg whites and brush the pork with the egg whites then the prosciutto, as the meat cooks the egg whites well cook as welland act like a glue. No need for toothpicks. Cin-Cin and Salute 🫡💙💙❤️❤️😜🫡
