Making Chocolate Pancakes for Candlemas

Chocolate crepe
Ingredients:
175 gr flour
60 gr icing sugar
25 gr chocolate powder
2 whole eggs
2 egg yolks
500 gr milk
60 gr melted butter
Preparation:
Sift the flour, icing sugar and chocolate powder into a bowl
Add the eggs and egg yolks and whisk.
Add the milk in 3 times and finally add the melted butter, mix until you have a smooth, lump-free dough.
You can let the dough rest for an hour
In an oiled pan over medium heat, pour a little dough to make a crepe.
Repeat the operation until there is no more dough in the bowl.
You can enjoy them warm or cold with spread, jam or lots of good things.
