Bro there is an emergency, i am working with a large site and on that site there are 12 same buildings. So the buildings are made is a separate .pln file and linked to the main file with hotlink module. Everything was working fine but after the latest change to the hotlink file 5 buildings are still updating properly while the others have some walls or columns missing Even though everything is through the same hotlink file. All the layers are also on and the view mode is set to ,"entire modle" i have a important submission on this Friday please help
@@sb.architect ya bro they are on the same elevation, and when i create a new file and import it as a hotlink in the new file it opens properly. Thanks for replying
If i export the building as a .skp or .ifc file and place that on the site file and after doing new changes to the building file if i re export it as a .ifc file will that update it in the site file as well ?
yes, it will be updated in the same location if you dont change it in the skp file. You may also check your renovation filter settings for that missing types of archicad file.
@@sb.architect bro i checked renovation filters as well, they also didn't work. I have now imported the .skp file of the building from file- interoperability- merge. Now after doing changes how should i replace the old skp file with the newer one ?
