I am always on the lookout for ways to include money or gift cards in my cards without just putting it loose in the card. This looks like an easy and effective way to send a couple dollars to my grandkids and their friends for Halloween.
I just finished making this card. I love it. Made it a Get Well card for a neighbor. TFS. I’m pretty new to card making. Have attended some local classes. Bought most of my things 2 or more years ago and just never did anything with them. Your site is a real inspiration to me. I love the tips and tricks you have. 💖
I am making this card for Thank you cards! So easy to change it up! Thank you for inspiring us! This card is perfect for mass producing then adding that unique touch to each card via the tags! Thanks again!!
Lisa, I've watched this video a couple of times. The cards are lovely, I made one myself this morning and it came out a little lumpy, then I heard your tip about not folding too close to the center. Thank you for mentioning that. Second one came out better. Thank you also for explaining the set up through the template. Warmest wishes and thanks so much.
Lisa Curcio Lisa's Stamp Studio Hi Lisa, I made one of these cards yesterday and I am really pleased with the result, it turned out really good. Thank you so much for your video that inspired me to make it. Keep up the good work, looking forward to more videos from you. Xx
Thank you Lisa for making this tutorial! The minute I saw it I knew it would be perfect also for a valentine for a couple so it could be personal on each tag!!!! :) How special that could be!
Lisa Curcio Lisa's Stamp Studio I made 2 cards, and your directions were easy to follow. I just had a difficult time making the two inserts look right because I don't have the tag punch. They were fun to make, though.
This is beautiful, Lisa. I had learned to make this fold a few years ago, BUT the way you make it, it is so much easier. I like the idea of using glue dots to hold those edges together (I was using tape), and I also liked the idea of flipping that one edge to make a nicer pattern (to match the pattern on the top part). Thank you so much. I buy a lot of Christian-type little cards (smaller than a credit-card size) and put those in the flaps...
Can't stop watching you! Really, one great idea followed by another! And you explain it so well that even beginners shall not have any problems. I am so sorry that you live so far away and the export of goods cannot be payed for anymore. But unfortunaltely I live in Germany. I guess, by your language, you are American. But even if you were British.... since Brexit nothing goes anymore. And now you tell me you are Canadian or from Down Under :-))) No, I do not think so. You are American! Hugs from Holly from Berlin
Lisa I love this card. I am going to try to make one but I thing that I am not going to close the inside that way you can also use the inside of the card too. Thank you for sharing.
