NEW YORK, NY - The Notorious B.I.G. would’ve celebrated his 50th birthday on Saturday (May 21). As Hip Hop as a whole celebrated the momentous occasion, his only son held court during a massive birthday party in the late Brooklyn rap icon’s honor at Gustavino’s in New York City.

The media ran with the East vs West thing but the beef between Tupac and Biggie/ Death Row and Bad Boy was a very real and already established thing.

CJ was on sway in the morning…(or was it Ebro and Rosenberg…🤔) with his white friend…they kicked their rhymes and I really saw the potential in CJ, he seemed more thoughtful and poetic, his white friend may have had a more polished flow he also spit more cliches than CJ, but the comment section wasn’t having it, made fun of him. After that I never heard anything else from him. Too bad cuz I think he really did have potential. People wanted him to be “street”, his father would’ve probably rather he be educated, artistic…it’s just good to see him period. ✌🏽❤️
