Hope your doggy is safe from the thunder, my Mini Schnauzer Teddy is also petrified of thunder and any loud bangs. Thank you for sharing your stitching and good luck with those SALs! 💗
Thank you! 😊 Artemis survived the thunder once again. Lol We have to protect our babies, don't we? Yeah, I've forbidden myself to even look at any other SALs this year. Six is more than plenty! 🤣
Ms.Sherry!!! This is your Flosstube channel and you can do your videos in any way you want. If someone doesn’t like something, they can move on. We love being welcomed to the video with the kitties and what has been happening. ❤❤❤ That pumpkit is just soooooo cute!!!! And orange colour looks so nice on that lilac fabric. Ah, all the SALs…😂 But they really did come up with such fun themes, that how could you possibly say no! It is nice that some are much easier to stitch, so they are not all crazy. You had so much awesome haul!!! And even my package made an appearance. Woohoo!!!! I am so glad that you liked it all. Yippee!!! Really need to send you some more mail soon. ❤❤❤
Hi!!! Of course, your package made it in the video! It was awesome! The SALs...yes, the to be tailoring them all to me! I refuse to look at any more of them until these are done. 😬 Oh, I know I can do my videos however I want. This way does seem to help, though. I can get in all of my stitchy stuff first before I forget what I want to show. 😅
I've found cross stitchers to be less tolerant of other content on a flosstube, while knitters are way more accepting of other crafts. It's such an interesting, mostly anecdotal, thing. Beautiful stitching.
Thank you! I don't understand being closed-minded to other arts/crafts. I enjoy seeing them all. I also enjoy getting to know the people I watch. I don't know how to knit or crochet, but I love seeing it. By the way, your purple blanket is GORGEOUS!!! I also believe in simply being kind. If you don't like the content, don't watch the video. 🤷♀️ Of course, I'm a definite Gen X, so you know... In any case, I'll continue doing what I do (today, it's ripping out half a frame because it's off by ONE stitch 🙄), and just be me. 😁
@@HecatesNeedle-ei6xj I see you wandered by my place. Thank you so much. Although my subscription numbers are in the 3.5k range, I really pull at the rate of a much smaller channel. I think it's because I started out heavy into cross stitch, then learned to knit and added that to my content, and started to get fewer and fewer views. Admittedly, becoming super sporadic in posting didn't help any... I think I'm happier as a smaller channel though. I have to say I giggled at the antics of your Jellybean. My Princess hasn't been as determined to knock stuff off of tables as he seems to be, but we can't leave a picture of water on the table because that will be knocked over.
@kayinthecave Oh, I've already subscribed to your channel. I kind of prefer the smaller channel vibes, honestly. Princess is adorable! I think Jelly Bean will grow out of some of his naughtiness. He's only just over a year old, so still a kitten. Hope springs eternal, right? 😁 I'm hoping to learn how to crochet. If that goes well, I'll try knitting. I want to learn all the things. 🤣
Hi Sherry! Love your Halloween cat pumpkin, so adorable! Cute start of your Bee Mandala. I love, of course, your Maine Coon cat piece. Glad you are caught up on the Femurs and Fungi SAL and The Herbalist SAL. Beautiful Biomes sounds interesting, looking forward to your progress on it. So glad everyone is well and hope everyone continues to stay well. Love your mushroom bag but especially love your kitties bag. You have definitely been busy sewing. The blue dragon bag is stunning. The quilt as you go bag is fabulous! Love the print of the fabrics. That bag looks like a perfect bag for a full coverage piece. Oh my gosh, Jelly Bean sounds like he has been on a terror especially bad lately. He is past the "toddler" stage so, let's see, he is now a teenager, a 15 year old at that!!!!! Lord have mercy! I bet your nail polish mess was almost as bad as the canning jars. Hope you manage to get caught up with the remaining SALs. I am still working on my April goals, 1 hour on 1 project and to complete a color on Rocky Point, working in the water. Then I can start on the 10 May projects while looking for a different rental, possibly getting ready to move (we already know our rent is going to take a heck of a jump again this year) while watching Walter a minimum of 56 hours a week and I will have Walter an extra night (2 nights in a row) at the end of the month so his mama can work the special election while he is pushing limits almost every day almost to grandma's breaking point. I know these phases will soon pass but who knows what it will be replaced with. I miss my sweet and loving grandson. Hope you all continue to feel well. Your garden sounds wonderful. Nothing better than freshly dug up potatoes, real eggs and not the watered down stuff from the stores, and summer squash other than fresh tomatoes and home grown beets and their greens. I do miss having a garden. Hopefully this one place we are hoping to look at in June (landlord is making repairs and updates currently) will work out as it is on 2 acres in more of a rural setting right at the Hutto/Georgetown line so less than half the time to my daughter''s house. Poor Artemis at least from our forecast, supposed to be rainy and stormy through part of Monday. We are currently feeding about 9 Tiger Garden moth caterpillars and hoping they cocoon soon and become moths as well as 1 White Tiger moth. They are hatching and crawling all over the place in our backyard right now and thought it would be a fun project for Walter to learn. Take care and happy gardening and crafting. Dawn in Leander
Hi Dawn! How are you feeling? We've definitely been enjoying not being sick after fighting the stuff for over a month. It was so bad this year! Yes, my Jelly Bean is a holy terror. 😬 He's just so cute that I can't stay mad at him. We tried using a spray bottle of water, but he loves to play in the water, so that didn't work. He knows Mama means business, so when he sees me, he immediately jumps down and acts innocent. 🤣 Daddy, however, has zero authority as far as he's concerned. My son has nicknamed him the Mean Bean. The other 3 cats are so good. Jelly Bean is the only unruly little demon. So Walter's testing your patience, huh? 😅 Goodness knows, they all go through those phases. I tell my son all the time that the only reason he's still alive is because I didn't want to go to prison. Now that he's 32, we're the best of friends. You just have to pray, light some incense, burn some candles, consult some crystals, and anything else you can think of to find that extra shred of grace until he grows out of it. Lol. How exciting that you might get to move closer to your daughter! That would be awesome! The house with 2 acres sounds perfect. How much fun would that be??? Not only that, but you could get Walter outside and teach him about gardening, maybe wear him out enough that he's too tired to test you. 🤣 We do what we have to do. I'll keep my fingers crossed for you! ❤️ The Beautiful Biomes will be a nice one, I think. I'm working on the Tundra section right now. I should have it done tomorrow. It's not a difficult stitch, so I think it will be manageable for me to keep up with it. I'm just going to have to tweak my plans a bit, I think. I'll have it figured out by my next video! 😁 So good to hear from you! Take care, and I hope you're feeling better! ❤️
@@HecatesNeedle-ei6xj I am feeling a bit better. Went to a new doc since my doc that I loved decided to move out of state to be in private practice and nearer to family until his retirement, and this new doc put me on 2 allergy nasal sprays plus an oral antihistamine, made me a referral to an ENT since the CT showed a sinus infection and a deviated septum, which I have never been told I had before, in case the deviated septum is blocking something so there is not proper drainage, which would explain a lot. I am wondering if it happened when I tripped over Walter 1-1/2 years ago and suffered a fracture of the first lumbar vertebra since I kept passing out from the pain and hitting my head...scared the crap out of my mom. It was either then or else when I fractured my eye socket and had to have a plate put in is my guess. You are so correct...my daughter was told the same thing about me not going to prison is the only reason she survived ages 10-12, 14-17 and her entire senior year since she thought she didn't have to follow or listen to the rules since she was 18 and legally an adult the entire year. This weekend Walter was pretty good, only a couple instances of testing me so hopefully the phase is starting to pass. I do know he is cutting more molars so I am sure that is part of it. Love chatting with you! Take care my friend.
@sunrise49738 I'm so glad to hear the doctor is being more aggressive with your treatment. Simple antibiotics aren't always the answer. I'm also glad you had a good weekend. Lol. Kids are always an adventure! Chat anytime! ❤️

Jasmine says Sky Growls are very scary and Artemis is right to be under the desk, while your sitting there, as it's the safest space.
Absolutely! Lol. It's been gray and "grumbly" for 3 days. I think she's physically grown into my side by now. 😬
