Thank you very much for the video :). It seems to me that balance is the key to this movement. In the class girls have difficulties to mastering this, i suppose is the lack of strength in the arms in general. I need to build more balance...thanx!!!!
HEee Jijadelmais! You're welcome. For sure balance is the key. And after that also building applied strength. All the tiny muscles around the wrist for example help to maintain stability. Go do these exercises 3x per week, feel when you should stop. 5-10x each side is mostly enough in the beginning. Good luck!
